Not a fan of fresh book for results
My below concerns were addressed and results sent. I sent in my samples, paid the bill and they required that I sign up to a site, fresh books, to get my results with a pass code they said would be on my receipt, it wasn't on my credit card receipt. It was sent in another email.

Great service , communication and efficient. Only problem was DONT SHIP USPS only use tracking with ups, or fedex only. We shipped with tracking 2 day with usps and showed up 3 days late.

The whole experience was good. Product delivered on time through a simple purchasing process. Clear simple instructions to follow with clear Health & Safety information and personal protective equipment.
Posted back and Asbestos Sampling e-mailed me with the results in a timely fashion within the day of the sample being received .

Quick and easy
The test collection kit gave great instructions. The process was very easy. I was notified the day my sample was received and got my results one business day later. Now I can do my home repair with my mind at ease that I won’t have asbestos exposure.
