I would like to say I like the application but their activation process is undiluted sewage and simply doesn't work,
Even after I got support to fix their back end once to get it activated it exploded again the next time I tried to use it by refusing to self activate, and when I try putting the licence key it whinges that said key has already been used (yes on this same install) and then shuts down.
The only saving grace is that their product came from a humble bundle and it wasn't even something I wanted and have better photo editing tools installed anyhow.

TERRIBLE!
TERRIBLE!! Avoid. Just doesn't work. Look for any other software because this is dreadful. Go round in circles for hours and no backup. Should be banned from downloading.

Rather Disappointing .
Because I have purchased from Ashampoo I got offered Ashampoo Connect ; wow free stuff BUT I have to say the Back up was a total waste of time , I tried 5 times and every single time it magically losses the backup folder ( a 958 GB memory stick ) so plenty for my full 186GB back up.Wonderful to get free programmes but even more wonderful if they actually work.
