Although buying a home is reportedly one of the most stressful things that you can do, our experience of buying a home from Ashberry Homes in Woodland edge has been a wonderful experience which was mainly due to the exemplary customer service from our sales advisor Anna, She was extremely helpful , friendly, and professional throughout. We felt valued as customers as Anna went way beyond our exceptions. We would thoroughly recommend Ashberry Homes based on the service we received.

We had the pleasure of working with Eve while looking for our new home. She was exceptionally patient, friendly, and always willing to take the time to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Her professionalism and approachable manner made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

The team were very supportive and attentive to our requirements they understood our questions and were also able to provide information we hadn't previously considered. The team members we have dealt with are Sarah Carr, Danielle and Demi. They have been really helpful and supportive.

Bellway took us to view a plot so we got a feel for it first time on the same site, however who we went with instead Ashberry Have been refusing 1 too many times now to view our plot which we have invested a lot of money for, a lot of the choices where chose for us due to getting it toward completion, however we hated the kitchen cupboards (wouldn’t have bought if we couldn’t change as a lot to replace them all ontop of what we are already paying) When asked if we could have a flooring package included too as we didn’t get to choose anything we got it flung back in our faces the sales rep acted like she done us a huge favour as if we didn’t pay for them ourselves as we wanted better ones. Our sales rep, doesn’t seem bothered at all, asked for photos of the plot as they had plasterers in and still yet to receive them, only can accommodate a “meet the builder” during a working week which most people work full time. If we weren’t due to be completed we would have pulled out. Horrendous customer service

Easy to use GUI users friendly

We have had an excellent experience with Ollie Jimminson at Ashbury Homes, Maltings Place in Bishop’s Stortford. From the very beginning, Ollie has gone above and beyond to support us throughout the house-buying process. He was extremely accommodating when helping us choose the right plot and was always on hand to answer any questions we had, no matter how big or small.

Ollie’s knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. He consistently provided clear, honest information and ensured we felt confident and well-informed at every stage. His communication has been prompt and reassuring, which has made the entire process feel smooth, straightforward, and stress-free exactly what you need when buying a first home.

I can’t praise Maxine and the team on trident way for the friendly manner towards understanding my requirements from a new home and support through the purchase process. Even handling my family lol.
Ashberry homes are a long way above their completion regards quality of home, house design and layout and again quality of support.
I wasn’t initially looking for a new new home, but was sold the dream and looking forward to many happy dreams when my daughter and I move in later in March.
Bellway need to better market this hidden gem of a brand.

The whole process of viewing, planning, choosing the options alongside all the support and neutral advice for the purchasing and legal aspects, Eve could not have done any more to make our journey of buying a house on the Swinfen Vale development any better. Eve's knowledge, professionalism, combined with an amicable approach were instrumental in our decision to buy. Follow up meetings and visits with Liam and to a lesser extent, Michael, from the site team gave us further reassurance. Moving in went extremely well, the site team were amazingly supportive, offering help and advice whenever needed. The follow up customer care, we spoke with Dawn from their team and were very happy with their support too.
All in all, an outstanding journey, from end to end, I'd have given a 6 if I could!

From start to finish, Dawn, Mary, and Kim could not have done more to help from Bellway & Ashbury, alongside Lisa, Hayley, Alex, Steven at the New Homes Group. While I know their role is to sell houses, the personal touches and regular update calls genuinely made all the difference during what can be a very stressful time when moving into a new home. An excellent team, backed up by excellent people.

Just a small side note: when dealing with any service or the people providing it, being rude or getting frustrated is never the answer. They will always help where they can and when they can. Sometimes it’s worth taking a breath and remembering they are people too. You wouldn’t want a member of your own family spoken to disrespectfully, so let’s not do it to others. We’ve all been there 🙂

Shelley was very friendly and accommodating and went out of her way to meet our needs for purchasing our new property. She was very thorough and made the process feel very simple and straightforward for us. We would highly recommend her if you are planning on buying a new home!

The sales manager Karen was so helpful. The day we reserved the other Karen was in charge and she could not have done enough to help us choose which home to have and secure the home of our dreams.

We bought a home at the Forster Park development. Although there were a few minor issues during the process, everything was handled well and we received the house smoothly and without any problems, earlier than the expected completion date.

Agata was very helpful throughout the process and genuinely tried to resolve any issues that came up. They also made a nice gesture regarding our garden, which we really appreciated.
