An absolute disgrace of a company
Ordered some trainers almost 2 weeks ago for a 2-3 day delivery. Phone lines are not taking calls, no replies to email or twitter. Not even possible to cancel and get my money back. An absolute disgrace of a company would give 0 stars if I could.
Poor dispatch time
Ordered trainers on 8th December yet 10 days later still not dispatched. A Christmas present for my son that I doubt will now arrive in time. In the future I will stick to using Office, Offspring or Zalando as they all manage a quick turn around. Very disappointing at this time of year.

Terrible quality shoes
Terrible quality shoes. Bought Nimbus 26, big toe started to appear through shoe within weeks. Customer service only offered money off another pair. Useless as I’d never buy a pair again. Avoid!

Surprised to see such a low rating but makes sense after the experience. Recieved the wrong size items twice. Overly complicated returns process meaning it’s just not worth the time and effort. Nice one, 6 items all too small for use. Waste of time, waste of money, very poor customer service - will never order again.

Contacted asics with a faulty pair of trainers where my big toe came through the top of the shoes , which had been worn for 2 months, after a considerable amount of emails, they offered me a paltry 20% off a new pair when really the shoes weren’t fit for purpose. To say I was very disappointed is an understatement won’t be buying any more.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Sent an enquiry email as good not received. They replied, below, stating bear in mind this is a good will gesture as such issues are covered in T&Cs 😂. What a useless company.
This is the reply:
Apologies for the inconvenience, we have contacted Yodel, and they confirm the parcel was damaged in transit and they have opened an investigation can you please confirm if you would like us to apply a return back to sender and we will compensate you with a 20% discount voucher, so you can replace your order or would you like to wait it might just be something they can just tape up and continue.
Bear in mind this is a goodwill gesture as these types of incidents are included in the terms and conditions. We confirm in logistics many unforeseen scenarios can develop. Please confirm on how we should proceed.

Terrible service had to get a refund because my shoes were never going to turn up. Absolutely incompetence and no help when you ring because as usual its never their fault
Asics won't add missing points to my account
Bought a pair of trainers from the official website logged in so that I could collect the points on the membership hoping to accrue enough points to get a discount. There's a glitch in the system and the transaction and points are not showing as being attached to my account. I reported it very politely they can clearly see my email matches the order so it's me and the customer service agent just keeps fobbing me off. They eventually said they would add my points to my account, but coincidentally there's a problem with their system, there's no timeline to fix it, and I should contact them at some future point to see if they're able to add the points then. What a joke.
6 months ago I bought a pair of reduced…
6 months ago I bought a pair of reduced priced Metaspeeds which I then kept box new for my next marathon. While standing in the start pen of the Berlin Marathon the rubber sole fell off the trainer. Something you would not expect for a £240 pair of trainers. I initially emailed customer services who said if I took them back to the shop they ‘would find a solution’ as they were clearly faulty and within a year of purchase. I took back to the shop and they wouldnt acknowledge they were faulty. I had to run a marathon in them as no option to switch out shoes once in start pen. I then followed up with customer service who then said it was not their problem.
Atrocious
Atrocious. In this day and age there’s no excuse for rubbish websites and payment processing. Select a size to add to the basket and it adds another size. Try and pay and amazingly they don't want your money!! Payments can’t be processed via credit card and try by paypal and you’ll get charged but the order wont process.
Truly horrendous. Go to a shop instead or buy elsewhere.

I have returned the item that was a bit small, return to a yodel shop scanned etc and i haven’t received any emails about it? The service of this company is awful! It is ashame! Now i keep an eye on the refund on my bank account.

I have not received my delivery for over a week despite being told the delivery would be made 5 days ago. Yodel customer service is unhelpful and cannot complete a simple address amendment. Despite my address being correct on the ASICS confirmation email, for some reason Yodel only received the flat number and postcode without the street address. Yodel customer service have been a headache to deal with and are supremely incompetent. I had 2 customer advisors change the flat number and street names incorrectly. There is definitely a disconnect between ASICS and Yodel as the addresses are not being passed correctly between their systems.
Good trainers, rubbish service
The actual trainers are excellent.....but the experience buying them and in particular the delivery is woeful.
ASICS Outlet use Yodel, and pay for the most basic of delivery service. This means that they will not leave it on your doorstep, or leave at an inpost locker, or allow collection from a depot. You have to be in get them....no if's, no buts. In this day and age that's just rubbish. Sort it out ASICS as your trainers are great.

Asics no longer support independent sports shops, so I no longer support Asics. Their quality has drastically declined in recent years, and with the rise of brands like Hoka and On Running, I hope they start to feel the impact.
AWFUL! AVOID AVOID AVOID
Terrible experience, wish I'd read the reviews below as there seems to be a common theme with their deliveries in the UK. Issues:
- Outdated website design and search function
- Took 3 days for order to process and move to delivery, that's a lifetime in this day and age.
- Yodel claimed to deliver but couldn't find my address, despite all other delivery companies finding the address without issue
- Yodel live chat not updating shipping notes with instructions
- Yodel failing to deliver when having selected a specific date for delivery, despite their tracking advising it's out for delivery
- Just overall terrible experience with Yodel live chat
- Indifferent responses from Asics when issues raised with them.
From start to finish, this has been an awful experience with the company. I have no confidence I'll actually receive the shoes and very concerned I'll have to waste a lot of time chasing for a refund. I wouldn't bother with this company, none of their shoes are market leading and you could do better elsewhere.

Worst cutomer service in Singapore. I ordered one pair of trainers for my son which were small and then I proceeded with the return as they stated ( same packaging and all the labels ) . I then bought a new pair which arrived fast. When Ninjavan picked up the the returned pair I never got any receipt or confirmation. After 11 days of emailing ASICS about the refund , I got no reply whatsoever or anything from the customer service. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Never ever again
