Awful experience

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers - one I could use a birthday code against. The one I had the birthday code against was cancelled on me twice. I was then asked to provide feedback which I did - saying that it was an awful experience and I felt ripped off as I was unable to use my discount code.
The review was also rejected - seems to me that the company do not want to hear or post negative comments.

I have bought Asics running shoes for…

I have bought Asics running shoes for many years buying approx 6 pairs per year and spending over £1k per year just on shoes. Asics recently introduced their One Asics loyalty membership scheme. I can honestly say it is pointless. I have over 10,000 points earned in the last few months and my reward....ehm nothing...regardless of what I buy. Here is email from asics....
Thank you for taking the time to contact us at ASICS.
The points accumulated are not redeemable, it's to state your tier, 0-699 is Blue tier, 700-1,799 is Silver and 1800 and above is Platinum tier.
If you have any further inquiries, please let us know.

Dont give them your loyalty and expect anything back except expensive trainers! Whomever came up with this loyalty programme should get muppetry award!

AVOID at all cost…

I would rate this no stars if I could. I have been buying ASICS tennis trainers for over 10 years but totally let down this time. I made an order and somehow my old and new address got mixed up and on the order it had half of each address. I noticed this and contacted Yodel before delivery who agreed to change the delivery address and deliver to my current address. Despite this they delivered to wrong address. After many emails to ASICS they have refused to refund and I am £135 worse off. The billing address and delivery address were both wrong but they still accepted and still delivered. This means two things: 1. Their systems are not working correctly to identify errors in transactions or deliveries and 2. They have awful customer service. All in all shocking service and I will NEVER be buying or being an ADVOCATE for ASICS again. Avoid….and is for Yodel….the same.

They advertise they have plant based…

They advertise they have plant based trainers, but on the product pages this is not clear, I made contact with ASICS uk, they responded with the claim they are not able to confirm which shoes are suitable for plant based wearers, due to the production, glues used.
I did ask why, as a company they didn’t know, this was not clear, they clarified that they could not guarantee the shoes to be cruelty free.
That’s quite a confusing response.

Shocking company !!!

This company, contrary to what is detailed in their Web site, do not have a returns policy for UK customers. You will get blocked, no matter which route you take to return . There's no phone number responding. In addition, you will only get so far with Customer Service on their site, then they block again! The only way to return any items is to personally do so to their London shop. Morally shocking Company. It only got 1 star, but definately deserves zero !!!!

Abysmal service

I ordered and paid pair of sneakers. Promised delivery in 3-6 days. 2 weeks later, when i contacted them, i was told 'delivery has gone missing'. Almost 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for refund. I will next contant credit card company to make claim on fraudulent sales.

Avoid At All Costs

Do not buy anything direct from the ASICS UK website. They partner with Yodel and my delivery has been a shambles.
Yodel’s service has been abysmal but it is ASICS who are responsible for delivery.
Paid additional for next day delivery and therefore we had an agreed delivery date.
Had paid extra for delivery as due to leave on holiday 1 week after the order.
Despite contacting them multiple times to explain the situation they delivered today (2 weeks after the order) and have left the parcel in an unsecured location and open to the elements despite knowing that the property is unoccupied for a number of weeks.
It seems to be a blatant breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but each time I have raised this they have ignored together with my request for a cancellation and a full refund ( they did refund the additional delivery fee).
A shocking level of customer service from a global company and it is clear that their operation is not fit for purpose.

OneASICS Member – Promised Express Delivery, Treated as Standard

As a OneASICS member, I was supposed to receive express delivery as part of the membership benefits. However, my order is being handled like standard delivery, with no updates and no way to reach anyone for help.

I’ve tried calling the London store and customer service multiple times—no one answers. For a global brand like ASICS, this level of customer service is really disappointing.

If you’re going to promote benefits like express delivery for loyal members, you need to actually provide them—and offer support when things go wrong.

Not recommended to purchase order from asics. Delivery courier lost my delivery, I contacted Asics and they said they will step out of it. Very disappointed, I decided leave Asics after a long relationship with them. What a same customer service.

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service. Shoes was left outside home when i complained that was not delivered they are ssking me to sign an affidavit which is not a UK practice. Customer service over the phone very rude and non cooperative. They even wid not pass phone to manager very rude on the phone. Even though there is a evidence that it was left outside they are not listening. Even yodel has acknowledged it was wrong to be left outside house.
This was last time I had ordered something from them. Will never ever buy from them or would recommend any one. Aslam bangee

Ordered running shoes. Disaster!

Ordered running shoes, 3-5 days delivery. After waiting 7 days tracked item, informed it was undeliverable!! Contacted Asics and informed that due to some undisclosed issue item had been returned to them and they were unable to resend. I’m fairly convinced they were never dispatched as no attempt at delivery was made to my home. Dismissive email offering a 10% discount which could not be used in conjunction with other offers or sales. I had purchased these from the outlet! So discount was pointless. Yet another company who appear to have little interest in customer care. Sadly cannot recommend as they are totally indifferent to customers.

"Lost" in depot, 2nd pair not fairing much better

Ordered the new Kayano 32s from the website the evening they became available (31st of March), after several days these were sent to Yodel however were "lost" at the depot. Interestingly, there are multiple customers with the same issue. After an investigation with no response I was advised I'd receive a refund and 20% off voucher. I used the voucher to purchase another pair on the 10th of June, it was after 2pm so these should have processed on the 11th and been sent out on the 12. I was told I'd receive them on the 12th by customer service, who obviously didn't check the portal as they've not yet left Asics yet, nevermind been delivered.

I am still waiting on my first refund and customer services has stopped reasoning. My "express" delivery is saying I'll receive my shoes a week after placing the order. I'm fully expecting them to be "lost" in the depot.

I've never struggled with buying a pair of shoes so much, I'm dreading if they don't fit (should they ever arrive)

I've asked for a complaint to be raised multiple times, but it doesn't seem to be happening.

The trainers were damaged after four…

The trainers were damaged after four week of usage I came to return them to the outlet shop where purchased I got told by the assistant (tala) that the trainers cannot be returned as they were purchased over four months ago
I showed him the company policy that states warranty is for one year. But he was not bothered. I will not be shopping with Asics again. We spend roughly £3k with them annually as a family. Which I showed him receipts for.

What a joke "customer experience" my arse..

Well i wouldn't have thought the customer service would be as terrible as it is and they don't care.
You would think a brand like they are would offer a better service, the experience I am still going through to tell is way too long.
I do not expect to pay £120 for a pair of trainers have them for 5 months to get told it is not a manufacturer fault I have lifted the sole with the type of exercise I
do. The trainers were bought at an outlet store, I went back with my trainers whilst there the shop assistant was lifting the sole and has made it worse, he told me he didn't have a mystic ball to actually tell how it has happened but is definitely not manufacturer fault (so it's me) they did offer me 20% discount off another pair! How is laughed as said if trainers only last 5 months i will never buy from these again.
What is more disappointing is that I didn't even need new trainers as my new balance trainers are perfectly good even after over a year of training in nearly everyday.
I am in the process with customer service and have emailed photos explained my issue in store however I am told to go back in the store for them to help.... not sure of what part they don't understand I already have hence me needing help from the experience team! Yep true it is and experience for sure.
