Product was never delivered.
Called and emailed customer services on multiple occasions and was never given any concrete information.
After waiting 2 weeks(!) I was told they were refunding my order, with no attempt to explain or offer me a discount.
Appalling customer service and experience - be warned!

Express order did not arrive on time, I have attempted to raise a complaint multiple times and each email has been ignored. I will be escalating this to trading standards, this is a shame as I do like the products but the service provided has been shocking.

Terrible experience – Order never delivered, refund delayed for months!

Absolutely unacceptable service from ASICS. I placed an order that was never delivered, and to make matters worse, they didn’t process a refund until I personally followed up—TWO MONTHS after the original purchase. There was no proactive communication, and I had to chase them down just to get my money back for something I never received. Despite promises, no compensation was offered, and my emails were ignored. Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I won’t be buying from them again.

Quality is gone

I have been wearing asics for about 15 years with a new pair at minimum every year if not twice a year!

I have purchased 3 pairs of asics in the last 6 months!

Pair 1
GT1000 - the toe is through where material strength is poor

Pair 2 -
GT1000 - the heal bent when putting shoe on within the first week and the back is now damaged under the material

Pair 3 -
White leather shoes
Unwearable due to the squeak

Quality is sooo poor!

AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE.

So I put my order in on Tuesday the 29th, I called them up on the 30th as they still had not dispatched nor made the product ready for shipping. I asked if I could pick up the order in store instead of delivery as I need it urgently( I have some spinal disc issue and was in need of new shoes asap), the rep on the phone outright lied to me and said the product will be with me on the 1st of May( Thursday)
They then shipped the product out on Thursday and gave me a delivery day of Friday the 2nd.
Yodel, the delivery company then changed that date to Saturday the 3rd and on the Saturday the 3rd they changed the date to Tuesday the 6th now.
Avoid like the Plague. I have promised myself I will mever ever buy any shoes with this brands name on it in my life.
Would have thought for s company thats charging 180 for a pair of shoes and has global reputation, they would care about it but instead they lie lie lie.
Reading other comments people complaining about not receiving their refund so I already know they aint gonna refund me either.

Very poor

Just like all the other reviews...completely false shipping / delivery info every step of the way and zero customer support.
Things to avoid...
- Special delivery options as it will not be fulfilled.
- Ordering with any specific delivery date in mind.
- Ordering at all if possible.
A shame that a respected brand is undermined by such disrespect for the customer experience.

Ordered trainers 25th March for my…

Ordered trainers 25th March for my son's school trip on 5th April. Still haven't received them, but received email saying it has shipped, with tracking number enclosed and delivery estimated today (3rd). It is all false information though as when I tracked the order and Yodel delivery says order hasn't left the seller and that in fact estimated delivery is in 5 days from now. So no trainers for the school trip and shocking service, or rather the lack of it.

Ordered some trainers on 31/03/25 so they would be here for 02/04 for an holiday and still have zero updates on them!! Tried to email customer services but no reply whatsoever! For a company that’s making so much money the service is shocking and if I was you I’d order from a third party because asics are an absolute joke of a company and will never prefer from them again !!!!

Awful customer experience

1. ordered and PAID for Nimbus 27 and socks on March 30th, including an express delivery fee of GBP 7.95
2. as of today, order not even shipped
3. you call the customer experience center and they don't pick up or they pretend to be busy with other customers (an interesting signal of inefficiency and unhappiness)
4. shoes are great, supply chain a disaster so not worth the pain. Brooks, Saucony, Mizuho can do the job way better

Ordered some expensive ladies Nimbus…

Ordered some expensive ladies Nimbus trainers at £180 via Asics Europe (my credit card stated the transaction was taken in Amsterdam) then I came here to read the reviews and my stomach dropped.

I thought I was going to be scammed.

I emailed the company after 3 days of placing my order but received no reply.
Asking for confirmation the order was on its way.

However the trainers arrived the next day so within 5 days of ordering in perfect condition.

Annoyingly the trainers were half a size too small so I had the dilemma do I risk a return and reorder a size bigger? They were so comfy like walking on soft cushions.

My second order arrived in 48 hours and I was able to track my order via Yodel app which I have now downloaded.

I was literally waiting at the door and so relieved as by now I had spent £360 trying to get the perfect trainers for my painful feet.

So I did return the smaller trainers via Yodel and I was able to track my return and I recieved the refund today 10 days later.

I'm so sorry for all the people who've not had a great experience with this company but my recent experience was absolutely fine.

The only gripe is the complete lack of customer service and communication via email.

One big scam if you ask me

Asics have sent my shoes to a yodel pick up point but didn't give me a barcode or code. Yodel shop won't let me collect without the barcode or code. Contacted yodel and they said they can't do anything you need to contact asics. Contacted asics "we've opened an investigation, we will inform you of updates" it's been 3 weeks and haven't heard a thing. Messaged them 5 separate time asking for any information and heard nothing. They're not willing to help me resolve the issue they caused. Now I'm almost certain they'll deny if my shoes are returned to them just to pocket some extra cash. That's if they're even returned as the shop they're at are also fun of nasty staff that won't help me at all. Worst experience I've ever had when ordering online. Oh and don't bother trying to call Asics as they're phone linenis having "technical issues". One big scam if you ask me.

received used shoes not new

bought a pair of shoes. opened the box and the shoes had marks under the soles indicating they had been already worn before I received them. I left a 1 star review on Asics website but conveniently their own paid employee (Asics call these people mediators) rejected my review because it did not meet Asics guidelines.

Scammers

If only I read the reviews before placing two orders. Ordered GEL-NYC trainers on 5 February, the website said they were in stock online. Checked status a few days later and it said they were on back order. The same day my order was cancelled by them saying there was an issue with my credit card (not true). So, I ordered another pair of trainers in a different colour and paid for next day delivery. Called customer service again two days later for an update as they did not arrive and they could not given me a straight answer. No ideas what’s happening but money has been taken, including £7.95 for next day delivery which has not been fulfilled. I’ll give a couple days to see if they finally arrive then escalate this again. Absolutely shocking service! No communication, no explanation, but happy to take your money!

Asics your customer service is non existent. You cancelled my first order without any explanation. I placed a 2nd order and again you have not fulfilled my order. Customer service do not respond to order enquiries. Customers be careful placing any orders online as Asics prove time again to be unreliable with zero customer service.

Appalling customer service.

On 1st October, I ordered some shorts online, using Apple Pay. I received a confirmation email, the money showed as pending in my bank account, but I received a delayed notification from Apple Pay stating it had declined. I gave it a few days, as the transaction was showing on my bank and I had received email confirmation that the transaction was successful.
I emailed Asics later in the week to check before ordering more shorts. No answer. Later that day, the pending transaction disappeared, the money was showing as being returned to my bank account and the shorts had not been shipped, so I ordered another pair since the money had been returned, so I assumed the order hadn’t gone through after all.
My second order was dispatched no problem. Yesterday, I received two emails containing invoices and stating my orders were out for delivery (two separate order numbers). A pair of shorts arrived yesterday, so I checked my money to find that 2 lots of £49 had been taken.
I emailed Asics again, explaining I’d ordered the second pair when the money for the first pair returned to my bank and they didn’t show as shipped all week. Again, no answer.
Today, a second pair of shorts have arrived!
I’ve gone onto the Asics site to arrange a return, which seemed easy enough, only to find you need a printer to be able to return them. I don’t have a printer, don’t know anybody who has one, nor do I wish to spend my time outside of work trying to hunt one down.
It is far easier for me to keep them and save any further dealings with this company and their appalling customer service.
Luckily, I am a runner so I will get the wear out of them but I shouldn’t have to think this way.
This company are very good at making it difficult for you to have your own hard earned money - avoid them. If you like their brand, order through a trusted supplier of their products as they are useless when ordering directly from them!
Two emails and a Facebook message later, I still don’t have a reply. Shocking.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered 31st Jan 25, still not here! Been told yesterday that yodel might pick it up yesterday, still nothing, not even shipped on the account. No help whatsoever when complained. You can never get out through to an agent, they say they will email but never do, they avoid you at all costs, so I suggest customers avoid them at all costs!

Appalling service

Appalling service. Paid for next day delivery thinking this would solve the issues with late shipping being referred to by others. It took lots of chasing and they arrived about 4 days late. My money for the next day delivery still hasn't been refunded (7 days later) despite emails requesting this 6 days ago.
