Do not purchase directly from Asics UK

Do not purchase directly from Asics UK. I ordered a pair of Novablast 5's and did not receive a confirmation email, despite payment being taken. I subsequently phoned Asics and they assured me my order had been received and would be dispatched shortly. However, 5 mins after this phone call, I then received an email informing me my order was cancelled. Customer experience is a joke from start to finish.

Don't believe the website

Don't believe the website, ordered a very expensive pair of shoes for my daughters birthday but after chasing the order they were delayed but the company will not inform you of any delays or stock shortage- you the customer are just left waiting.
Give at least 2 weeks for delivery

Pot luck if they fit

Bought several pairs of trainers however I feel they are misleading advertising as sizes do not meet the standard expectations of size.
Poor customer services and returns inconvenience for a fault in their merchandise they refuse to admit.
Not satisfactory or customer user friendly.
Will look elsewhere for the whole acceptable shopping experience instead of a fiasco.

Asics no help with GT2000 giving me pain

I have been buying Asics GT 2000s for 20 years. The version 13 hurt my right foot. I emailed Asics and they said they can take a while to break in, despite me proving they were purchased over 3 months ago and I’ve done around 100km in them. I’ve never had an issue before. Their further advice is to take them to the retailer, yet they will say tell the manufacturer. Makes me sad

Avoid ordering from asics website

Similar to other reviews I have just read, I ordered a pair of runners on the 9th of January with estimated shipping at the time being 2-3 days… 19 days later I am still waiting on the order. I rang today (28th Jan) to try and cancel my order to which they told me I would have to wait until the shoes are shipped to receive my money back yet they still can’t tell me if or when the runners will be shipped - leaving me without my money and still no order. I thought asics were reliable. Will never order from them again.
EDIT - I was able to get my refund immediately when I cancelled my order online - just incase anyone else was told the same over the phone

Good trainers, poor customer service

Good trainers, but I've had two emails ignored. Customer service is poor. If you want ASICS, buy from one of the main sites. Sort it out ASICS if you want to become a main player in the UK.

If only I'd looked at these reviews before ordering from Asics. Same exact story with me. Ordered shoes for a birthday present - 10 days before said birthday. It is now 13 days later and they still haven't been dispatched. Customer services don't even provide a time-frame for getting back to you - the automated response just says 'get back to you when we can'! Never seen that before. The order has a note saying shipping delayed until 21/01. It's now 26/01 and they still haven't been shipped. No email to notify me of the delay or anything. They have my money and I have no goods in return. I thought ASICS was a good brand. Just as awful as the other reviews say. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Shoes great but customer service non…

Shoes great but customer service non existent.
Bought a couple of pairs of shoes recently on line which showed as being in stock - I was going away and needed them urgently.
Paid an additional £7.95 for next day delivery.
Took almost 2 weeks for the shoes to arrive so waste of money.
Tried contacting customers daily via their chat, website and email but never managed to speak to anyone during that whole time and never received any update or apology.
Very disappointing customer service.

They did ask me for feedback once the shoes were delivered and I left exactly the sane feedback as above as I thought it maybe useful and help them improve their customer support but was told they wouldn’t publishing - strange!!!!

Never again, money taken no product

Ordered as they said they were in stock. No delivery so chased for an update, delayed and delayed again with no notification from Asics having sent 3 messages via their website contact us form. Have requested a refund and now its been over 2 weeks and still nothing from Asics. My just do a chargeback with my bank as this is just the worst customer service received. Unreal

ASICS take orders they can’t fulfil and ignore emails

Placed an order on the 5th Jan. Initially estimated to ship on the 7th Jan. Then on the 9th Jan. And then a few days later pushed even further back to the 3rd February. No emails, no explanation or justification. No replies from customer service. The order type has now magically changed to a ‘pre-order’ which is a lie.

I’ve selected the cancel order option on the website but got a notification saying this might take a while to confirm the cancellation.

The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Never buying from ASICS again.

Asics Rubbish Runners

Hi there, been buying asics for the last 20 years. In the past l have always happy with the quality and comfort that Asics provided. Late last year l bought two pairs. Within 2 months they were ripping from the sides and the top. I am 52 years of age and am not as active as when l was 25. There is no excuse for these runners to rip.The only exercise l do now days is walking. Here in Australia we pay $249 dollars for the top of the line Asics. At that price you would expect them to last a for a few years just like they have in the past.I wish l took photo's so l could show you. Don't worry l actually made the mistake of buying two pairs, so when this pair starts doing the same thing l will write another review with photos. It might take a while as its summer here in Australia so l hardly wear them during the this season but it will be done. Please do not buy any Asics unless you have money to burn. I do not. One thing with runners across the board that l have noticed is when l went to high school runners had really thick grip now a days it like 2mm thick. This so you buy runners more often and waste your money instead of investing in other things. If you have Asics and the same happens to you please post a review with photos. Companies like this neeed to be boycotted. I am moving to another brand l will never buy Asics ever agin. I would give Asics a minus 20

Place your order somewhere else

I paid for next-day delivery to get the parcel in time as a birthday gift. What a MISTAKE! I should have read this page before placing my order.

The parcel has already been delayed for 2 days, and it could take another 3 working days (Allegedly).

Don't even bother emailing customer support/care; you will never get an answer. I phoned them and managed to talk to a customer rep, but honestly, there is so little they can do; they don't have information about what's going on. I was even told they have delivery problems because of the weather (The worst excuse ever). I'm still waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If you want to buy from them, DO NOT buy directly from their website (asics.com); it might be better to use one of their distributors.

Stop accepting orders you can't fulfill

Paid for next day delivery over a week ago (it was a birthday present, birthday has since been and gone), emails not being responded to. I got through to a call centre yesterday, they assured me the order was being shipped yesterday night. They blamed staff, the weather, and suppliers, so who knows what's actually wrong. My order status is still being 'processed', I don't think it's coming so I think I'm going to charge back my card via my bank as they're refusing to cancel my order until it arrives (but can't tell me when it will actually arrive). Looking at other reviews not sure it will arrive.

In short, do not buy, go and get a pair of Nikes.

Gave them a second chance but AGAIN they totally blew it , zero comm’s , shoes now a week late , phone line disabled , no reply to email and chat bots are waste of time as don’t answer question , for a well established brand with a good product it’s a real shame that no one can get a grip of the after sales care . Just hope they bother to read the reviews as the brand is certainly losing its core customer .

Wish I'd checked here first as others have said, no way of contacting they just say automatic reponse 1-3 working working but very busy and don't get any replies.
