Great product, shocking service

Ordered new shoes at list price. Promised next day delivery, still not dispatched. Staff on the live chat are incredibly rude and ignorant. Emails ignored. Phone line unavailable.

Terrible service

Terrible service, would not order anything from Asics.com if you paid me. Still waiting for an order they stated would take 2 days. 10 and waiting and they haven't even been sent yet. They will go straight back and i'll another brand

Awful customer service

I placed an order on 4th Jan. It was supposed to be delivered within 3 working days. It’s now 10th Jan and I have not received my order or heard anything from Asics. They do not respond to emails and do not answer the phone. Atrocious customer service.

False promises and poor customer service

After ordering a present for my wife's birthday on 5th January and being advised delivery would take 2 days. Tonight (9th January) the order status states the items have not been dispatched.

Having spoilt the birthday surprise (as the goods cannot not reach us in time) Asics are not allowing the order to be cancelled and a refund issued.

The whole experience has been shocking and to add insult to misery I now have to accept the goods (too late) return them and apply for a refund.

Such a waste of time and effort. I now associate Asics with false promises and poor customer service and certainly a brand to avoid.

Avoid ASICS

Ordered latest trainers in-store and had to pay up front via their QR App. Told trainers would be delivered to my home within 1-3 days. Four days later - trainers have still not arrived. Customer Service contact telephone number is “temporarily’ not working. No emails or clarity around what is the delay! Shocking service. I will never use again!!

Trainers Never Arrived

Bought a pair of trainers 10 days before Christmas for my wife as a present, the website said they would be shipped well before then. Then this got pushed back to Dec 24th, now today almost 1 month on still nothing. Worst thing about this is I had no contact the whole time. I had to email them myself and was told it was a back order, but there was no mention of this when I placed the order, just not that I had to wait. The whole time I never felt like my order was a priority, there was no customer care at all. Would hate to think would their employee care is like if this is how they treat their customers. I have now cancelled the order and was refunded instantly which leads me to believe there was never any intention of them sending them to me. So they basically held my money to ransom for 1 month and gained any interest on it. Worst communication I have received from a shoe retailer. You would never get this with Hoka or Nike. I won't be buying anything from there again and I will advise everyone I know not to as well.

Had signed up to revive notifications when the shoe was released, as soon as it was released I had bought it within seconds. Had an email to say 2-3 business days, a week later they cancelled my order due to no stock. How is I had bought them within seconds of them being released. Disgusting.

Just purchased a pair of ASICS excite…

Just purchased a pair of ASICS excite 9s and I can honestly say they are awful the worst shoe I've ever had I've had nothing but pain in both knees and thighs and that's on a soft deck treadmill they are either fake or the materials being used are cheap crap. You have lost my custom will never buy the ASICS brand again.

Blistered heels

Same experience as another customer regarding blistered heels, i cannot wear at all, have been wearing asics for 10 years, i will have to find another brand, something has changed within the company, i am going to try and get my money back but am not hopeful

Not much more could have gone wrong…

I'm not sure there is much more that could have gone wrong with our order - which seems to be a common theme here!
We ordered trainers for our daughter, the shoes that came were the wrong size, style and colour. We returned the incorrect item but over 2 months later we have not been refunded.

Diabolical service

Diabolical service. Ordered a pair of shoes next day delivery, they will not be delivered for essentially 5 days.

Ai chat bot horrendous, won't put me through to an actual customer Service rep. Said it would get someone to contact me via email. I am still waiting.

Emailed myself, no answer.

Still wanting my money back for the next day service I have not received. I will not buy from Asics ever again.

New Asics Technology?! Awful customer service

I have been buying Asics shoes since 2015. I always found them most comfortable shoes until I bought a brand new Gel Kayano. When I start to wear my new shoes, it hurt my heels even after 20 min walks. I could see the damage to mh heels right after taking of my socks. I took a pic of my “red” heels and the shoes to share my complaint with Asics. The customer service agent recommended me to gradually increase the walking distance since they improved their “advance technology” with each new model. She recommended me to contact again if the issue happened again for further support. I applied the recommended solution because I did not have similar issue with Asics shoes before, but it did not solve the issue. When I contacted the customer service again. the second representative, Gavin, said that they had nothing to do since everybody’s foot is different! My question is why yor sales representatives let people know that when they sell your shoes???!!! Asics could advertise that their advance technology is big rubbish and not good for some feet. However, Asics will not let you know until you figured it out yourself. Do not waste your money and hurt your feet!!! Asics does not provide the same quality

I recently ordered from ASICS

I recently ordered from ASICS, and through my own error, my parcel was mistakenly sent to the wrong address. I reached out to ASICS to explain the situation, and their customer service team was exceptional! They handled my request promptly, and to my surprise, they refunded my purchase. I’m truly grateful for their understanding and dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you, ASICS, for turning a potentially stressful experience into a positive one. I’ll definitely be shopping with you again

Paid for next day service (birthday present!)and the trainers are nowhere to be seen.Have contacted Ascics -no reply.Cannot reach them like you can most companies (via messenger etc)

Although comfortable the inside heel…

Although comfortable the inside heel rubs away really quickly. I use them for work, my job is sedentary yet this last pair has only lasted since July. I tried preventing the issue by using a shoe horn and always untying my laces before taking the shoes off. Nothing helped. It's very disappointing.

Awful Customer Services

Awful - 'Next Day' takes them 3 days to dispatch. Then don't reply to emails or answer phones (14 days and counting)

I'd have taken a refund of the postage but the lack of responses meant I just returned the trainers and will go elsewhere.

Appalling service

Disappointing service. Paid for next day delivery and despite meeting all the criteria, the item was not despatched in time. ASICS customer experience phone lines were down so I could not get hold of anyone to chase, and an email sent was eventually replied to ten days later. Having to return the item as I'd had to make other arrangements was also not straightforward. I was assured over the phone when I called in to discuss the late delivery that the next day postage would be refunded as it was clearly ASICS fault I had been inconvenienced, but that wasn't the case, so I'm now back to chasing for my money. I held on the phone today for in excess of an hour only to get cut off as the lines were now down once again as other reviewers are experiencing. Poor experience. ASICS reviews told me this review didn’t pass their guidelines. Thankfully it does for Trustpilot, wish I had come here before purchasing directly.

No customer support

- incorrect shoes posted out (these things happen, no big deal)
- contacted ASICS support on 16th September (no response by 22nd September)
- I have tried calling customer service. Voicemail said the service was unavailable despite the call being made during advertised opening hours
- AI chat support acknowledges a problem but closes the conversation without suggesting solutions
I still have the incorrect shoes but am unable to return until I know a replacement will be made available
