Don't bother. We received a dishwasher that didn't match what was advertised online. They offered a refund yet when I explained this would still make me out of pocket as a new dishwasher would... See more

Had a Asko dishwasher for six months in…
Had a Asko dishwasher for six months in a brand new apartment. Never been turned on when we moved in and now it’s developed problems. Fair enough this can happen. Getting on to customer service is a nightmare as they try to avoid the warranty. The last representative hung up on my wife after a torrent of four letter words. Avoid this company like the plague
The customer service is extremely poor
The customer service is extremely poor. Waited over 2 hours at least 3 times and even when instructed to leave my number still failed another 4 times to return my call. Even allowing for covid, they cannot continue to treat customers like this and others long term and still be a viable supplier.

I have 2 new steam ovens less than 6 months with faults. The service department which I have chased took weeks to come and assess. It's now been 4weeks with one oven i can't use at all. I now have to wait another 4 weeks for parts. The person taking the call was Rude (please asko listen to the recording) and then hung up on me. The oven is good but the after sales service is appalling!
NO customer service
NO customer service. Expensive oven, less than two years old! Not working. Service don’t care, don’t call back when say they will. No parts available.
Will never purchase again. If I could give 0, I would.
Such a bad experience.
I will NEVER recommend ASKO again after…
I will NEVER recommend ASKO again after the recent service or should I say LACK OF we have received.
Long story short, technician came but didn't have the required part (even though inventory showed it should have been in his van). Was told they would get back in touch to re-book a call when the part arrives. No further communication received other than from accounts department chasing me for money for a call out??? It's now been over 1 month since the visit, dishwasher (only 3-4 years old and hardly used, located in our entertainment area) still not fixed and now I'm told they will not return to fix the machine until the account is paid??? WOW... I would have thought they fix it and then invoice me.. Clearly ASKO no longer operate this way. VERY POOR. Needless to say, I will never use ASKO service again nor purchase another ASKO appliance. Disgusting customer service.
Worst Employees Asko Behaviour about Customer
Asko employees in Australia no sense how to talk with customer i have dishwasher bought but incorrect model delivered by asko now that are not responding and leave as it us open in my kitchen blocked my kitchen and said it will take 72 hours to sort out and am in worse situation even i had paid installer fees without any work due to asko mistake
I would give 0 stars if I could.

After my Asko washing machine died 2 weeks after warranty ended many years ago, I thought I'd give them a second chance.
I bought a dishwasher and a year later bought an Asko dryer.
The dryer stopped working 2 months after the 2 yr warranty ended. Ah! But we took out a 3 yr extended warranty, so we thought we were ok. We've made numerous calls to Asko and their warranty company General Electric before they sent a repairer who came twice and said the machine with irreparable.
So 7 weeks after the dryer has stopped working, no resolution.
Today we rand GE who told us that they were waiting on Asko to get back to them, so we rang Asko who told us that GE were to blame. Passing the buck by both parties.
We paid $2300+ all up!
When my Dishlex dishwasher stopped working whilst in warranty, they delivered a new one within the week and apologized for the inconvenience!
Living in in apartment which has bylaws that prevent hanging washing on the balconies, it's been a battle and very distressing dealing with Asko. They just DO NOT care!!!!!!
Very poor service!!!
I called the service department to book…
I called the service department to book a service for my non working Asko washing machine W6444. After waiting almost 30 minutes I was advised that there is over a week wait to have someone come out.
I was then recommended a to contact an outsourced company to come and fix my machine by Asko to find that the technician did not have the part that was required to fix the machine so I then paid a call out fee of over $150 without fixing my machine.
I am now waiting on a part that apparently is hard to find.
Very disappointed!!
Terrible customer service!!
Terrible customer service!!! Waiting for weeks to get job booked. Extended warranty not worth the headache!!

Very poor products and even worse customer service.
Had an Asko range hood installed in a fitted kitchen and after only 4 years it stopped working. Now after 3 x replacements of the controller, the last lasted only 8 months. The company claim it is out of warranty and continue to charge for replacement.
Customer service does not exist.
Stay away from Asko.
$2200 piece of rubbish with no after sales accountability
So disappointed with my Asko washing machine. Purchased for $2200 and 2 months out of warranty, it died. Took 35 min on the phone and then another 10 days to get a technician out. Said that it's not a manufacturer's fault and that they need to take the washing machine away and fix it in the factory. Couldn't give me a quote for the cost, and couldn't give me a time frame for how long it would take. Spent another 45 min on the phone after that only to be told that the reason the bearing broke and there was a water leak was due to too much detergent use. I advised them that I put 3/4 of a scoop for full load and have never ever used softner. They still said it was not a machine problem.
Very Poor Service
We purchased a 'premium' pyrolytic oven from Asko earlier this year. The oven did not work on installation. It tooks many attempts through multiple channels to get a technician onsite. And after diagnosing the problem...nothing happened. Again weeks have passed. The problem is that Asko's aftersales service is terrible. Several months have now passed, and the oven is still not fixed. The problems seems to be with the team responsible for aftersales Customer Service...they take weeks to respond, if at all. And unless the retailer applies pressure to Akso, there is little or no progress on the issues. Complete service FAILURE.
My previous washing machine was a $400…
My previous washing machine was a $400 Fisher & Piker. Worked for 14 years then died. Spent $1700 to buy an Asko, malfunctioned on the 4th year. Costed me $225 to fix it. So DON'T BUY ASKO! CRAP!
