the website was very troublesome on my mobile (Iphone8). input Cells would not allow input e.g. height and weight, screens did not display properly, the search appeared to lose its input and not search. the biggest frustration was the quantities in the basket - they took 4 to 5 attempts to change each time.... I had to change and correct the basket at least 10 times for 3 items
my wife and I have used asset chemist before and rated their service, so I persevered with the mobile and also on the Mac (which had the same/similar difficulties) which ?I switched to out of frustration.

I had been trying to place an order on the ONLINE PHARMACY for months and found no response when I searched my items, leading me to believe that you were offline or no longer in business.
Only when I logged in did the system respond and operate.
How many thousands of customers you must have lost by having no prompt to log in or register!

Disgusting,I paid for the next day delivery. It didn't arrive. It arrived 10 days later still charging me the expensive next day fee. You cannot get through to a human when you phone. I would avoid them and will be in the future. Unprofessional.

Good service
The website is easy to use and they have a good selection of products. Delivery was on time and packaged well. Customer service were hard to get hold of on the phone so I eventually had to leave a voicemail, and they did call back the following day. Overall very good service.
