Paid for priority shipping. 5 days later the order is still showing as awaiting confirmation. Presumably at their end as payment has left bank and I've had emails confirming.order. Will be requesting a refund of entire order in the morning. Appalling.

Always receive an excellant and prompt service when ordering on line. With immediate responses to any questions I have.

No email to confirm whether or not your order is approved and when you contact them no answer from there customer service.typical poor company who take the money out of your account straight away and after they have your money dont care about the customer anymore.will no be using again as i ordered some medicine for my dry cough nearly a week ago i may aswell have just gone to the chemist.

Ordered product, requested phone call to finalize, never got a call, got an email confirming my order and a link to check on my order. Followed up and got 2 replies today from Julie saying there was no current order and no reply when i asked if she could place the order and phone me to confirm. I placed the order again tonight and asked for a phone call to confirm also sent another email to Julie to let her know.
4/11/2017 did receive a call with message that they would call back in 30 minutes....never got a call.

Both times I have ordered from this company I have had excellent service, my goods have arrived within 3 days from ordering. I will definitely use them again.

I have used this company for a number of years and have always received an excellent service. Orders always arrive in a timely manner and appropriate way. When I have had a need to speak to customer service they have been both friendly and extremely helpful.

so now I have to waste time ringing to see where you're sending it.

As mentioned by several people already my order was never sent. Impossible to contact them other the phone, the only way to contact them is Facebook. They provide wrong tracking numbers, always find a different excuse. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I am still waiting for an order placed in mid-august. Every time I contact Asset Chemist and manage to speak to someone I am assured the product has been posted out to be received the next day however nothing has yet arrived. No answer from customer service on the majority of times I have tried to speak to them and no calls returned. Tracking numbers provided by the company are not recognised by Royal Mail. Unless you want to spend hours of your life chasing up your order and being fobbed off and lied to I strongly recommend you have nothing to do with this company.

One big scam.
Quick order and fast payment...then.... you waiting .. you write emails and nothing...
No response and no shipment.
You pay and you're not getting anything in return.
Avoid from afar these scammers.

They take forever to process and dispatch then when they finally do they use Hermes! Hermes have been telling me everyday for 5 days straight to wait in from 8am-8pm because my parcel is definitely going to be delivered and never turns up. Then when i contacted Asset they're quite rudely blunt writing to me in capital letters that they wont do anything to chase up my package with Hermes. If it comes it comes and if it doesn't oh well basically. If the parcel ever gets sent back to them then they might just be able to help. Never EVER using this site again. I hope they go bankrupt!

The exchange rates from GBP to USD don't add up and are substantially higher than market. I tried to place an order after Brixet and the rates were unwavering. Contacted customer support but haven't heard back yet.

I am using Asset Chemist to order a drug that doesn't exist in my country. First time I ordered, dispatching the medication took 5 weeks from the order time, as apparently they didn't have it stock, and another 3 weeks to arrive.

Second time I was asked to send the original prescription by mail. Since that would delay the process even more, I asked them to make sure to have the medication on stock in the meantime, to avoid delays like the first time. Even two weeks later, when the prescription arrived by mail, they still didn't have the meds ready to send.

Products arrive in proper packaging. But these delays can be very annoying, and running out of some meds can cause serious withdrawal symptoms. Better communication and preparation would give them 5 stars for sure.

Easy to use and filled in the gaps when I had missed something - great service!
