I chose Associated Windows because they are a local family run business. I am very pleased with my new windows they are of a good quality, have been fitted well and look great! I appreciated Bills suggestions and the time he spent discussing the speck. The window fitters and the office team were friendly and accommodating.

Foolishly I used Associated Windows for a second job after a fairly bad experience previously. As mentioned in other reviews, their work is not good quality and after care is non existent. I had 3 bay windows installed. One was fitted so badly it wont close on the latch (ie slightly open).
The main issue is that they seem to have used a non flexible sealant around the windows, most of which has now fallen out. I've contacted them several times and they did agree to replace it. But wont give a date. Now they are ignoring emails and wont communicate with me.
It's worth mentioning the other poor job they did for me, where they left huge unfilled holes in the plaster under 2 windows. They had tried to fill one with flexible bathroom sealant, which was never going to set given the size of the hole. After months of emailing them, I eventually fixed the plastering myself and deducted £300 from the final balance (luckily I hadnt paid in full).

We worked with Associated Windows on our Listed Coach House renovation, where they supplied Origin Soho windows and doors, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

The team went above and beyond to help us find the right design solutions for a sensitive listed building, offering thoughtful advice and practical options at every stage. They were incredibly supportive of our build timeline, responsive throughout, and a genuine pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Based on both this personal experience and our wider professional work, Associated Windows are now our go-to doors and windows partner for Ivywell Interiors. Outstanding service, great products, and a team you can truly rely on.

I would highly recommend associated Windows

Jason is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and gave me great advice - from choosing some gorgeous new bifold doors, to how to save money on refurbing my existing windows and doors rather than replacement. The installation team were great too. Overall a 5 star business with great products and great service.

I have left one star because it doesn’t allow me to leave no star. None existent customer service, excuse after excuse for not completing work. Phone calls never returned. Minimising poor work and unreliable with promises to return to put right extremely poor workmanship. It’s very sad but this company is a definite AVOID AVOID AVOID. Please do not feel loyal to local trade in this instance. It’s a totally diabolical waste of money and ignorance from a company that does not value customers.

A big thank you to Jason and his team for their fantastic work! We've been working together for quite some time now, and they've just completed the installation of triple glazed windows at our Cotswolds barn conversion. The windows look absolutely fabulous — the quality is outstanding, and the attention to detail has been excellent throughout.
The Origin triple glazed triple sliders in particular create a real wow effect and have completely transformed the space.
Looking forward to the next project together!.

A very professional installation team who did a great job with amazing attention to detail. We had to wait quite a bit longer than the estimated fitting date but it was well worth the wait. My daughter had the same positive experience when Associated Windows did a replacement job for her last year.

Smooth sailing from getting a quote,which was not a pressure sale all the way to the windows being installed.

From the sales team to the ordering to the fitting, everything was excellent. The fitting team were on time, did such a good job, cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommended this company to anyone who were wanting to change their windows in their home.Great

Ordered 2 doors 18th February, paid a £800 deposit. Despite several telephone calls, numerous promised call backs, and several excuses we still have no doors!! Non existent customer service. 2 calls made this week already with promises of a call back, still nothing!! Absolutely shocking way to run a business. Will expect a refund of our deposit plus the interest you've earned holding on to our money for the last 4 months!! Does anyone recommend a glazing company that actually values its customers?

Update - after my initial post, we were contacted that evening to arrange a date. The doors were fitted the following week to a very high standard. The fitters were very polite and did a fab job.

Great job by Jason, Richard the fitter and team. We're very happy with our front door (and previously had windows fitted).

No after sales whatsoever. Logged an issue using their online form, no response. Followed up with 5 calls and promised Rob the owner would get back to.me. No response. Happy to take my money in the first place but can't be bothered to treat their customers.with a little respect.

Update - Company eventually contacted me and after discussion provided a resolution to the issue. Whilst happy that resolved, shouldn’t need constant chasing to receive good after sales service.

Richard and Ethan did such a fantastic job of installing our windows.
Our really experienced builders were very impressed and the windows look fantastic. They worked very hard and were a pleasure to have in the house whilst they were doing the installation. I highly recommend them both! Thanks!

We have just had all our windows and front door replaced. The quote from AW was very competitive and Bill talked us through all the variations in windows and doors that we could have.
It took a week for Ian and AJ to complete the job. They were pleasant and courteous through out. (They are partial to hot cross buns!) They covered the carpets and furniture with dust sheets and the whole process was no where near as disruptive as I was expecting. We would thoroughly recommend Associated Windows We are very pleased with the results, the house already feels warmer and quieter. Thank you from J & M
