I tried to take a course in healthcare…
I tried to take a course in healthcare at this place a while ago. The course materials I received resembled a pamphlet. It was literally just a very thin leaflet-like book whereas I have studied with other places where the course materials have examples and exercises which is what I was expecting. It just wasn’t possible to undertake the course with such bad materials so I wasted around £300. From what I remember they were bribing people with Amazon vouchers to leave good reviews on here before they had even properly started in the course so I would trust the fact that they can claim they have excellent reviews.
Edit: when I took the course the materials were offered as an option. I still have the inadequate course materials and can take photos of it as proof. They also were 100% trying to bribe people with Amazon vouchers at the time that I enrolled.

awful communication. emails are very slow to respond back to me. after completing a module, then have to wait more than 2 weeks to get a response.
the tutor i have is unresponsive to my messages, which i have sent directly to them thoughout this course. paying for a course that is completely useless.
its all AI chatbots then when you say youre an existing user the only form of communcation is via email. i have threatened to leave this course numerous times on email- only then do i get a response. phone number is also useless when im an existing customer.
DO NOT RECCOMEND!

Excited to get into the course
Am new to the course so have yet to have any contact with tutors etc but the learning material are easy enough to access and there is information on how to correctly reference with their chosen referencing style.
As a first time student their offer to completely refund the course as long as I don’t miss a payment and complete the course in the given 12 months is good.

Deeply Disappointing Experience
I purchased this course with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of a disaster from start to finish.
Right at the beginning I was accused of using AI, which was completely unfounded and immediately knocked my confidence. No tutor ever checked in to see if I needed help or was struggling — I was left entirely on my own.
To make matters worse, only one module was accessible. I paid for a full course and could not get into any of the content I was supposed to have access to.
When I realised the course simply wasn't working for me, I cancelled — only to find I am still being charged money to this day.
After reading other reviews, I can see I am far from alone in this experience. Many others share the same frustrations, which speaks volumes about how this company operates.
I would strongly urge anyone considering this course to read the reviews carefully before spending their money.

We do not allow learners to create and submit work using AI, this is academic malpractice and is against our policy (which you agreed to prior to submission). You were given support and clear instructions on how to resolve this within the feedback you were issued.
Regarding accessible modules – we wouldn't let a learner progress through the course until the submission for a unit has met the awarding body requirements (which yours wouldn't have done due to AI usage).
We encourage you to complete your course, but you must do so using your own work going forwards to avoid your submissions being referred again.
