Unfortunately, I cannot recommend. I only gave two stars due to the customer service and speed of refund from the advisor.
This has been an extremely stressful process. I bought the bundle of FS Maths and English and after paying found out I couldn't do them together, I had to do Maths first. I then inquired if I could cancel and do them separately so I could do them together and was advised that Maths is not currently available separately. So then I inquired as to whether I could start English immediately after completing my last Maths assignment or if I had to wait for results etc. They said there was no confirmed timeframe of English so they could not advise when I would be able to start. So I asked for a refund which they did without issue, hence the stars.
I had also signed up for a diploma course. I knew from the course description I would need 50 hours of work placement to complete the certificate and that was the only information given. When I went to go to start my course, it advised that I would have to have work placement in place within 30 days of enrolment! So now I'm having to deal with contacting again to refund this as well. I planned on working through my course for some months and then securing a work placement, I cannot do that in 30 days in a new area for me. That is ridiculous and should be clear before someone even enrols. So now I've had to find elsewhere to do FS and now have to look elsewhere for this too.
In response:
The protocols chosen by you are not the issue, the issue is that they are not laid out clearly ahead of time for the purchaser to make an informed decision. You need to understand how much time and research people put into the courses they choose and when they make a decision, plan out their programs, their time, estimate their study time, etc., and to find out that the proper information wasn't given upfront, it's very stressful. People need to be told all information before purchase.

When completing bundles we permit only one course at a time so that the learning is linear; this is a deliberate standard to ensure a progressive rate of learning for our students.
Regarding the diploma, we inform students at the start of the qualification and on the product page that a placement is needed, but we provide a small buffer of 30 days for those who are yet to secure one. This internal standard ensures the linear delivery of the course is maintained and that all requirements are in place for a successful outcome.

Don't be fooled by trustpilot ALL FAKE SCAM
Don't be fooled by their trustpilot reviews. Most of them are fake. I start to follow this ignoring these reviews Don't make the same mistake.
I followed RQF level 3, they had a deadline of year to complete it. Had 24 units to complete by then. When I complete a section and submit it, they take a week to give you a response. Normally it takes 2-3 resubmissions to complete a unit. Then do the math, within 1 year you can not complete. This is a SCAM.
AVOID AT ANY COST.

Awful company stay clear
Awful company stay clear. They are not supportive of students. Had to step away from learning due to losing a child and they sent bailiffs to my door for payments despite asking them to put my learning on hold.

Unauthorised charges years after my purchase - Stay away!
I am shocked by this company’s business practices. I purchased a one-off course nearly two years ago and haven't had any contact with them since. Out of nowhere, in April 2026, they charged my bank account without any prior notice, invoice, or authorisation.
They seem to be hunting for old customer data to force through unauthorised payments. I never signed up for a subscription or recurring fees. This is not how a reputable educational institution should behave. It feels like they are hiding behind hidden clauses in their terms and conditions just to take money years later for services I am not using.
I have already reported this unauthorised transaction to my bank's dispute team. If you ever bought anything from them, keep a very close eye on your bank statements!
UPDATE (26/04/2026):
The merchant’s response above is misleading. To be clear: I was enrolled in a specific program where the agreement was that my fees would be fully refunded upon successful completion of the course and passing the final exam.
I fulfilled all requirements, passed the exam, and the merchant issued a full refund in late 2024. This refund was the final step of our contract, confirming that my account was settled and closed. There are no "missed payments" or "outstanding instalments"—those were settled 1.5 years ago by the merchant themselves.
Charging my card again in 2026, without notice, invoice, or authorisation, is an unacceptable use of my old data. I have already contacted your support team via the chat bot (I have a ticket number), but no refund has been processed.

To clarify, our payment agreements are set up at the point of enrolment, and learners are expected to complete payments as agreed, typically on a monthly basis. Where payments are missed, our system may attempt to recover the outstanding instalments in line with the agreed terms and conditions.
We do not charge individuals who do not have an active or previously agreed payment arrangement with us, and we take any suggestion of unauthorised payments very seriously.
We have attempted to reach out to who we believe this may relate to, and have also asked for further details so we can fully investigate and review the account in question. We would welcome the opportunity to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

These guys are criminals
These guys are criminals and i don't recommend them for anyone to fall victim. They keep chasing and threatening me with law suits, deducting monies they don't deserve from my account for a course I never took, never opened nor submitted any assignment.
I contacted them in September 2023 to pursue NVQ level 3, purchased the course but got a different job which didn't relate to the course so I reached out to them just exactly after fifteen days of the purchase, didn't demand a refund but told them my intention to stop pursuing the course, however they kept deducting my money. I blocked their direct debit access after which they chased me with warning letters threatening law suit for a course I never took. For some strange reasons they got access to my account and took some monies and the same thing happened April 2026.

As a general point, if a learner enters into a finance or payment agreement and agrees to pay the balance for a course, those payments remain due in line with the terms agreed at the time of enrolment. If payments are stopped without the agreement being cancelled in accordance with the signed terms and conditions, our finance team will continue to pursue the outstanding balance, which is standard practice with any financial agreement.
This is no different to any other UK finance agreement—if you sign and agree to the terms, the balance remains payable unless cancelled correctly under those terms. If you believe there has been an error, we would be happy to review this once you provide your full details so we can locate your account.

Great Engine
My experience was further impacted by what felt like slow communication, as I did not initially receive or notice my login details and basic support as quickly as expected. This created some confusion during onboarding. Overall, the tool currently lacks the speed and user-friendliness I would expect for a professional workflow.

Unfair Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposit
I enrolled on this course but asked to cancel only 2 days later, before the course had even started. I cancelled within the 14-day period, and my cancellation was accepted, so I believed I would receive my money back.
However, they kept my £120 deposit. I was not properly aware that this money would be non-refundable in this situation.
The reason I cancelled so quickly was because I read another customer’s review and became worried about the placement side of the course. I did not want to risk getting into a difficult situation, so I cancelled before starting anything.
I find it very unfair that they kept £120 when no course had started and no service had been provided to me. This experience has been very disappointing and has left me feeling that the process was not handled fairly or transparently
