PLEASE DO NOT DO THE EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER COURSE WITH THIS ORGANISATION. Cant even finish my course due to no nursery wanting to complete the workplace assessor form and now I am being billed each month for no reason. I have tried three different placements, each one has said the form is asking for too much personal information and asking to keep their private information on file for 4 years even though the course is only for a year. Nursery even spoke to AOL and they said they couldn't do anything and to find a new placement. Each nursey I have visited has said they have never had to provide that much information before for placements.

I enrolled for an online course with association of learning last year and the experience has been pleasant throughout, marking is done in a timely manner and good feedback is provided, there is also good support if you reach out with any questions.

DO NOT ENROL!
I have never been this desperate and vulnerable! I sacrificed my own money to pay for my course. Enrolled in March but my first assignment passed in July. I have spent sleepless nights working on my assignments but going to drain. I am now midway but I can’t be offered extension or refund! I can not be certified for the units I have completed and passed! I can not access new assignments before the ones I submitted marked and this is not happening either! I envy my colleagues who went with different providers!! Cheap is indeed expensive. Do not make my mistake!!!!

Very happy with the course I am doing and the payment options were very helpful. Will hopefully help me in my future career. Highly recommended!

In my experience, the level of support provided has been disappointing. I have not felt supported throughout this process. As someone with mental health challenges and AuDHD, I expected a basic level of compassion, understanding, and inclusivity — but that has not been my experience at all.
In my opinion there has been no meaningful flexibility or accommodation for my neurodivergent needs. Instead of feeling guided or supported, I have felt dismissed and unheard. The lack of understanding around mental health and AuDHD has made an already challenging situation significantly worse.
I have also found the 12-month completion requirement unrealistic given my circumstances, and despite raising concerns, no reasonable adjustments were offered. At the same time, refunds are not being considered, leaving me in a position where I am both financially impacted and unable to complete the program.
Overall, this experience has negatively affected both my wellbeing and my finances. I would strongly encourage this provider to reconsider how they approach mental health, neurodivergence, and reasonable accommodations, as the current approach does not feel compassionate or inclusive based on my experience.
When I raised concerns and shared feedback, I received emails referencing defamation and potential legal action over £20,000, which I found intimidating given the circumstances. My review reflects my genuine personal experience and I am constantly getting threatening emails asking my to remove my review which is all in my own opinion.

The course description on the website was very attractive and the enrolment process was straightforward. Hopefully I will now enjoy the course.

DO NOT ENROL!
Easy to enrol but the biggest regret.
I'm still enrolled on a course that I'm find incredibly frustrating. It's slow, unhelpful, lack of information and support. I'm basically self teaching. I've always had to go further to get questions answered. Barriers are set up for you to fail and make course completion impossible. I have already requested an extension due to medical issues that are out of my control and I've been refused and told to pay near the end date of my course to extend it. I've raised concerns about other delays when starting the course and these have not really been acknowledged. I find this a complete scam. Go elsewhere, there are plenty of better options.

Booking my daughter onto the course was easy. Communication was good and the paper study pack was great. One small improvement would be updating the website to say packs can take up to 10 days to arrive, not just 48 hours. Everything else was great.
