Superb find! After a pleasant smoke, Jason the owner joined us and shared captivating stories about his love and passion for cigars. This enhanced our experience, making my friend and me feel very welcome. It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. Following my cigar, it was time to head back to London, but I'm eager to return, particularly to explore Astoria Cigars' outdoor space.

They went the extra mile to make sure my order was received in time for New year's Eve. As it didn't arrive by post it was hand delivered, I appreciated the effort. I live locally and only ordered a single but to have it when I wanted it was great. The cigar was perfect well packaged and a great smoke, very happy with the overall experience.

A small independent business providing an excellent and friendly service. A slight hitch on delivery of my order was immediately dealt with and posted to me same day, pre 1pm guaranteed delivery. The owner was straight on it, unequivocal apology and such a gentleman. I have no issues with this business whatsoever and I intend being a loyal customer from this point onwards. Little things make a big difference!

Jason (True Gent) knowledge of Cigars is amazing. Previously only smoked Cuban Cigars but with Jason's expertise I have enjoyed some tasty New Worlds Cigars and his walk in humidor collection is a delight. Great prices too.

I received an e mail from Astoria advising the product I ordered was not available in the colour I wanted.
They explained they could deliver the product to me in a few days.
They delivered it on time with a hand written note which was a nice touch. Very happy will use them again

Always a outstanding service from Astoria cigars

With Cuban cigars being thin on the ground, Astoria has still found them for me.

It’s easy to look good when things are going right but it’s dealing with issues is what separates good companies from the rest. What started off as an oversight with my order it being dispatched lead to some really great customer service. The owner was very responsive via FB (as they were having issues with their phones so I couldn’t get through which really complicated the matter) and managed to get my travel humidor to me the day before I flew out and sent a nice surprise as well in there to boot. 5 stars for them for sure!

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by the host, Jason. He welcomed me in to his shop as if he were welcoming me into his home. Jason showed me to the Cigar lounge. The lounge is a relaxing and comfortable environment with a fireplace, comfortable seats and decor to get you in the mood for a smoke. It has a feel of an actual lounge rather than just a room in a shop. Jason then asked if I want to step into the humidor to pick a cigar that I would like to smoke. I wanted to try a cigar that I had not smoked before and Jason had the expertise to help me choose. He suggested a cigar that would be to my liking and he was not wrong. That cigar paired with a smooth Rum, again suggested by Jason, was a perfect combination. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Astoria Cigars.

Fantastic experience with Astoria Cigars. Really helpful chat on the phone to talk through options and select the right cigars. Very knowledgeable and friendly - nothing too much trouble. Delivery was super quick and cigars in great condition upon receipt. Will definitely be buying from them again.
