Zero customer protection: return costs are entirely at your expense!!!

Absolutely disappointing experience with Astroshop (Nimax GmbH).
I received two identical items by mistake, unintentional, and immediately returned the extra one, new and unused. Despite this, they charged me the full return costs (€31.20) with no willingness to refund or find a solution.

Their website doesn't explain anything about returns, only provides an address, and customer service is inflexible and impersonal.
Warning: system malfunctions and no customer protection. Choose more reputable suppliers.

First, we did not ship two identical items by mistake. According to our order records, two identical products were explicitly ordered and paid for, and we delivered exactly what was ordered.

Regarding the return, our return and cancellation conditions are clearly and transparently stated in our Terms and Conditions, which are publicly available here:

As outlined there, in the case of a return, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods (unless we made a mistake like delivering a faulty product, of course). In this instance, the return shipping costs were determined by the shipping service provider you selected and, unfortunately, exceeded the value of the returned item. These costs are charged by the carrier and are not retained by us.

We understand that return shipping costs can be frustrating, especially when they are high in relation to the product value. However, we acted strictly in accordance with the order placed, the applicable legal framework, and our clearly communicated terms.

We appreciate your feedback and take it seriously, as it helps us continue to improve transparency and communication for all customers.

Bad client service

Bad client service, wrong information on the website and by email. I will be waiting 1 month to have my products. But never anymore.
I was disrespected by email and ignored. Supposedly I have 2 different informations on the website about the 2% discount I should have - I paid in advance to the delivery. Never seen a site were availability yellow and red status of a product means the same thing. But again a found another information in the site opposing this first idea. Lack of transparency and good will. Delivery in 1 of March... almost 1 month. This isn’t a car, or something handmade. In this logic I should only pay the products on the day that will be delivered. Really bad... let’s see at least if the products arrive intact.

Uncomplete delivery, no answer from support

Uncomplete delivery (+2000€ order), still not solved after 3 weeks. Support is not responding except useless automatic answers.
EDIT : i finally received a return label. Waiting for refund.

I don't recommend!

Hi,
I ordered a telescope and a few accessories for a total of 1000€. I had to pay an extra 150€ for shipment. When you pay that much for a product, you expect a certain level of efficiency.
They said my order would be delivered 5 days max after the purchase. But more than two weeks after, I am not delivered yet.
And it's very hard to contact them. They do not respond to emails or with very few and useless information, same when you try to call them.
I'm very angry and disappointed at them.
I hope that, when I finally receive my order (if that day ever comes), at least my telescope would be great (because I have read online that some people received the wrong product or it was broken)
I do not recommend!
