I did not like how the rep kept telling…

I did not like how the rep kept telling me that the site doesn't make accounts. Sure they don't but I didn't make it either. For this mishap, my bank account has been suspended and I have an overdraft due to this. I have also has to pay a fee for another card. This is really annoying when it was not my fault

It appears as though I was assigned a membership when I was only trying to make a onetime purchase!
DO NO reup my membership with any kinda of automatic billing!
