The attitude of the guy at the counter…
The attitude of the guy at the counter wasn’t great. When asked for advice on the size of fence posts he told me » It’s your project « in a rude dismissive tone .
When we saw the posts and decided to go for a smaller size, he didn’t offer to refund the difference and when asked suggested that we’d just get a « couple of quid back « , as if wasn’t worth the bother . The price difference was actually over £20.
No one offered any help to get the panels on the car . There was a lot of jokey banter in the background that didn’t sound great.
Another more friendly younger guy was helpful on how do fix the straps when asked.
Generally not a customer - friendly or respectful culture at this branch
