Atlas was quite pleasant to deal with, was pretty straight forward with very competitive pricing . The only issue that I had was I didn't that the vouncher had to be printed out before but that wAs my fault I believe due to the fact that I did read though the e-mail well .

When everything goes well it's hard to find something to say. Car was upgraded, quite new and clean. Wait time was very reasonable. Staff spoke enough English. Very smooth and satisfactory process at a competitive price.
I would use Atlas choice again.

Stay away from this company. Its a big Scam we rented a car in June 2016. We just got a charged on our credit card from the Car rental company. Atlas choice never paid the rental company for there services.
We Called Atlas choice several times but no help at all from them worse customer service. We were told Atlas is shutting down there operations.

Booked a car with them on the 14th November 2016 for collection on the 7th December, took my money, but booking not honoured at desk when attempting collection of car.
No prior notification given.

After booking my car 10 months ago, received a call today to say Atlas has gone into receivership or liquidation and no monies have been paid to the supplier for my car. Unless I pay the supplier directly my car will be cancelled. Absolute rip off company. Also beware if you book via a third party you are not covered by travel insurance.

Bad experience

After booking, paying and receiving confirmation, I received an email the morning of the booking to say they were out of vehicles. Now I'm stuck without a vehicle and waiting for the refund to come back before I can hire another vehicle. Completely ruined my trip. The worst hire car company I have ever dealt with. Do not use these cheats.

I send to them complain, because someone used my CC after 3 months after my vacations. After my complain i only got "many apologize" and suggestion to cancel credit card.
I was many times abroad, many times took a vehicle, but first time i met with thieves.
It was on Cyprus. I took car from Larnaca second payment was taken from Nikosia. Beware yourself.
I suggest to eveybody check your credit card payment, because i cant belive i was only one.

Atlas Choice failed to pay the third party car hire provider and so they recovered the amount from our credit card. Do not use Atlas Choice!

Atlas Choice Stole Our Money!!!! Stay away from this company at all costs! They set us up with a car rental provider in Italy who kept our security deposit. We have pictures to prove that there was no damage on the car, and that it was returned with a full tank. Atlas Choice has been NO help in getting our money back from their provider. SHAME ON YOU ATLAS CHOICE!!! Don't trust me? Go ahead and read the reviews on Google and have a look at what people have posted on their Facebook page. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

Car was an average car gave no trouble but an unbelievable car for the price you can't beat that.
Staff were just great, no waiting around and headed for the road

Found the desk we had to go to and gave the agent information needed , all very quick and straight forward . 5 minute walk to collect car from car park and again everything straight forward . We were on the road to our apartment within 20 minutes of visiting the desk in the arrivals hall .

No problems with the website when making the reservation. Competitive pricing and a wide range of cars and suppliers for comparison. Email confirmations arrived speedily and the pick up and drop off was painless and without complication. I am a regular Atlas Choice customer and highly recommend their services.

From stepping in to airport could not of been easier man on desk to being picked up to get car .car was lovely and clean .dropped back was just as easy thank you

After tens of rentals with various companies I stumbled on Atlaschoice and I have booked a car trough them.
The local company did not provide me with any English paperwork, their terms and conditions were appalling, they even (over)charged me for cleaning the car for no reason (the car was dusty just from the normal use from my accommodation to airport - about 180 miles - arriving at the airport Sunday at 5AM they were expecting the car returned "in the same conditions");

Atlaschoice did noting to help, and as far as I can tell, when they choose cheap suppliers, be prepared to pay over the top, being held to ransom by unfair terms and conditions in a different language

Do yourself a favor, pay more and find a more reputable car hire company, a company that will vet somehow their "local" partners

If you go in a country you do not speak the language, in a country with less customer protection, please do not let your credit card being held to ransom by the cowboys "parers" of Altalschoice

We found the service friendly but professional and prompt. The vehicle was a little dated but fine for our use.

WE HAD TO PLACE A DEPOSIT OF ALMOST A THOUSAND POUNDS ON 4TH OCTOBER 2016 & WERE TOLD WE WOULD RECEIVE IT BACK WITHIN 30 DAYSOF OUR RETURN DATE (12/10/16).
IT IS NOW 17TH NOVEMBER & WE HAVE BEEN TOLD WE WILL NOW RECEIVE IT AFTER 28 WORKING DAYS WHICH BRINGS IT TO 21ST NOVEMBER.
WE WILL NOW HAVE TO PAY INTEREST ON THE CREDIT CARD FOR THIS AMOUNT, SOMETHING WE NEVER DO. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

My advice is stay away from Atlas Choice and Click Rent. I had a very poor experience when I booked a car for a week hire in Menorca Oct 2016.

The problems started at the airport where there was no obvious pick up point. We were taken to an industrial estate several miles away where we waited for over 1 hour to take our car, despite having an infant and there being two members of staff and only four customers.

We were then told the fuel policy was take the car full and return it empty, meaning a charge of 82 Euros for a full tank of Diesel. This was not made clear at the time of booking and I wouldn't have made the booking if it was. The standard practise of take full - return full I have used for every other car I've ever hired apparently did not apply in this case, due to the length of our booking (7 days, instead of 1, 2 or 3 days) and the fact that I had booked through Atlas - what difference this makes I don't know - and there was nothing Click Rent could do to help us.

The car had a tank capacity of 45 litres which means a full tank should cost 50 Euros or thereabouts. I explained that I would be driving to our accommodation and staying there, I had no plans to be touring the island but Click Rent weren't interested. In fact I took the car with the fuel gauge on full and returned it with the needle still showing full.

In total I used approximately 6 Euros of fuel during my stay.

My attempts to communicate my issues with Click Rent at the time and Atlas since I returned have been futile and I have been left frustrated and feeling very short changed.

Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

I booked a car through Atlaschoice at one of its "preferred partners" for take over at Heraklion airport in October 2016. The arrival time of my flight has been communicated several weeks earlier. I showed up within the communicated business times of the car rental pick up office. The car rental office was closed. No agent was present. No message was left for me. The communicated phone number was not available, only a voice box was activated. After waiting for more than one hour with 2 little kids late at night I had to rent a car at a different car rental company. I reclaimed at Atlaschoice the next day. The only "supprot" they offered was that they forwarded my e-mails to the car rental company. Finally Atlaschoice told me that my booking was considered as ‘no-show’ by its local branch. That´s the peak of insufficiency! Atlaschoice - never again!
