Had Combi base fitted and a delux 10x10 shed. Joe and Ian were great as the install team and the office staff were efficient in customisation before the shed got delivered, we added opening windows and Aqua shield also. Would definitely recommend Atlas.

Really pleased with my shed - good quality, solid and installed quickly and efficiently. Customer service was also excellent from the staff in the showroom, to the guys on the phone and the team that came to install. Nothing to fault and would definitely recommend.

Bought a shed recently from Atlas Sheds, found them to be competitive on price and they provided a number of services that other shed companies do not. We had the whole lot done with atlas: old shed removed, foundations rectified and new shed fitted all in a few hours. Great service.

So Glad we used an established Shed company to supply our garden building. Atlas Sheds did the whole job from start to finish. Keeping us informed regarding delivery date etc. The quality is spot on. After trolling though so many websites we found Atlas Sheds to be very competitive on price and quality.

Purchases a summer room via an agent at Blakemere craft centre. Explained that she’s going in paving slabs sitting on 4tonnes crusher run. Told bearer needed at 179 but a sub frame may be needed but don’t know cost but wouldn’t be much more as it’s just a few more pieces of wood screwed together and delivery would end of august (perfect for my sons 18th birthday).
Installation took place yesterday and quite honestly based on this I can not recommend.
Argued for best part of 2 hours about needing a subframe at it would be £5.66 per square foot! I don’t think so !!! If I didn’t have it work wouldn’t be warrantied! Immediately I’m thinking point of sale- misrepresentation act 1967.
Then they wanted to leave she and I pay for it!!! No!
Eventually we agreed on £300,for subframe and it’s thrown up ! Nailed together !
Roof joists are wrong way around and thus roof is sagging already finish is very poor over hanging wood gaps just generally quite poor.
To the point I’m considering making a claim under section 75 cca.

I was told my summer house would be ready in three weeks and I had that week off so would of been perfect. However this was not the case. No communication so had to chase them up by phone a number of times and I sent two emails and only had one reply and we also we to visit in person. I was told they would phone me back several times and they never did. I was starting to worry they had taken my money and I was never going to see the summer house. I was eventually given a date that I couldn’t get the time off work for and had to really push to get them to change this.
I also have to say that was the quickest money I have ever spent ££££ and from then on it was down hill. Commutation is definitely not their strong point and to run a business you need that. Stanway branch, I have been left feeling very disappointed.
Unfortunately the summer house has many issues. It was scratching in transit and had multiple nails sticking out of the wood. It looks nice but the faults let it down. I wasn’t told about the damage in transit but I saw the installer rubbing at the scratched panel and noticed it after he left. Not put together well when being made. The base is a bit of a bodge so would recommend purchasing as part of the deal. Personally I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Great service, arrived when expected and the work was carried out very efficiently. The delivery men were friendly, polite and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to return to the company inthe future.

I have had 2 Atlas sheds over the last 30 odd yrs & both lasted the test of time. My last one lasted 24 yrs so totally worth it.
Will be going to Atlas again in the near future & know that i will get a quality product & excellent service.

The service and product is of such a high standard that I don’t want to put garden furniture in for storage I would rather live in it.
