Called 3 times immediately after…

Called 3 times immediately after placing my order to change it. Left messages to call me back. No response from them! Terrible customer service!!
An additional email was sent to them about an issue with purchases less than one year old which are under warranty. I asked to speak to an owner as the customer service rep was not helpful. As of today, January 10, I have had no contact with owner or upper management. I received an email from customer service saying I have to wait for an owner to come into the office. Not sure why I can’t be reached from them when they aren’t in the office. I have my receipt from this order and sent it in the email. I hope they will stand behind their product. I only want to purchase new batteries not the bundle with items I have never used. I wanted to change my order and just buy batteries to replace those under warranty and was told by a customer service rep that I can’t. So I want to speak with someone else

Hope you're having a great year so far.

Please keep in mind we are not open on weekends or holidays which I believe that's when you contacted us.
Also, we ask if customers can leave a voicemail if not answered right away as we are very busy during the day and cannot get to all calls. So we ask kindly for a voicemail or email requesting a callback and we will respond before 24hrs.

As per your request, you asked to change an item as you made a mistake and due to our policies, we are not able to make any changes once an order is processed. We do make acceptions depending on the product and where your package is.

You sent an email on the 2nd of January after business hours and we responded to you the next day which is the 3rd of January with options, etc. We never received a response, we even told you we would accept a return for an exchange for the item you wanted. We have all this information via email.

Past results ARE a guarantee of future performances

I’ve purchased from Atmos in the past and wasn’t disappointed in the least. Since then, I had backed off of vaping for a couple of years due to school, jobs, etc. but after an incidental (and partially accidental) bumper summer crop, figured it was time to try again! The timing of the holiday specials certainly did not dissuade me from my new prerogative! Using the site is easy and flawless, just the way I remember and though I haven’t received the package yet, I don’t have a single doubt that what I’ve ordered will be nothing less than what is described and expected. Atmos is certainly still one of the industry leaders in terms of quality, variety, value, and I foresee this trend to continue in the years to come!

How do they stay in business???

I ordered 3 cartridges and 2 batteries.
-The cartridges I received were NOT the cartridges I've ordered!
The batteries came WITHOUT chargers, which makes them absolutely useless!
Getting them to pickup the phone is like winning a lottery, the same odds!
I emailed them that I want to return for a full refund, nut only an automatic response email stating that my message is VERY IMPORTANT ... bla-bla bla...
Atmostrx responded to my review stating that:"We are not sure why you stated you couldn't get a hold of us and we were communicating via phone and email. We also ask all customers to leave a voicemail as we are busy throughout the day, we always call back right away."
That statement is not supported by my experience!!!
Also, when I placed my purchase order, I didn't realize that I am signing up to spend my time in weeks and probably months back and forth email communications.
Because my order was screwed up so badly all I asked is to return their merchandise and get a refund.
Obviously, Atmosrx's return and refund is NOT a part of this company business practice!

Regarding the batteries, on the product page, it does show that the chargers are not included for a specific reason and the chargers are on our website to purchase.
We also have the same product in a kit that comes with a charger etc.
The cartridge you recently sent the pictures and we are reviewing the order and will resolve the issue if the information provided is correct. We will continue to message you via email with a solution. Thank you.

1) no shipping to Canada (I will have to cross the border to pick up my order 2) I'm being charged $27.52 to have 3 mouthpiece sets shipped by ground to Washington state!!! 3) age verification with photo Id required!!! and then uploading was difficult due to format limitations.
