Knockout patterns, quick and detailed response from the guys at the company. They shipped just what we ordered and on time. The installation directions are provided and I was an easy job. We now have a stunning and unusual entryway. Phase two will be bathroom floors.

My order on-line and on the telephone arrived just as ordered and worked out perfectly for the flooring in my teardrop trailer.

Atrafloor went above and beyond for us. We live halfway across the world, in Montana, USA, and shipping here was complicated. Part of our order ended up getting misplaced by the shipping company, and Atrafloor replaced it within a week of being notified of the issue. The flooring is beautiful and fun, and just what we were looking for. We would recommend Atrafloor to anyone looking for high quality/high design vinyl flooring.

Just received an order of the Pop geometric design, looks awesome. It arrived in super quick time following a conversation with Nathan regarding an urgent timescale requirement. Absolutely brilliant customer service and gorgeous product, thank you very much.

After only having the vinyl in our kitchen for a month, one edge started bubbling up and got larger. The top clear protective layer had come apart from the pattern layer shrinking back.

We contacted Atrafloor with the problem but they couldn't figure out why it was happening. They did kindly offer us a reprint of the pattern which we accepted.

When the reprint arrived there were a number of problems.
+ The scale of the pattern had changed, so rather than rectangles, the pattern has been squished to squares. So in effect giving a completely different look.
+ In the original order we had the pattern start at a specific point. This was not done in the reprint.

In regards to pattern adjustments, I know you sent an image over, however, we'd already sent this to print using the standard Jester file format before we received images from you with Pattern adjustment. We delete all images files once an order has been dispatched. As such, when the reprint was requested, a new standard Jester file was created and sent to print to prevent any further delay. The email with regards to the pattern adjustment emails came after printing had started.

The truth is the requested confirmation with order number on the 19th July at 10.05am, I sent you a response with the order number and confirmation of the pattern adjustment at 10.16am, 11 minutes later.

So in the 11 minutes of asking for order confirmation and me sending it along with a proof image, the account manager had already submitted a incorrect order to print without informing us that a different design had been queued.

With the lead time being 3 weeks, you would have thought taking the job back out and then putting a correct on in the system wouldn't add much of a delay. Also as they delete the proofs sent to the printer, they can't even check back if there was a problem or mis print.

Anyway there has been no response and they feel the matter is closed.

After 30 years of searching for a yellow and white lino for the kitchen, I found Atrafloor who made me a bespoke Lino for kitchen and utility room using my design matching the existing tiles. What an amazing idea! Fantastic customer service to boot and the result is a really high quality floor. Can't thank you enough for making my dreams into reality

Fantastic company and product. I stumbled across Atrafloor online and from the the very beginning I was very impressed. The sales team are patient and eager to advise.Using CAROUSEL in my bathroom though choosing was the hard part! Product arrived today as scheduled and I'm thrilled with the quality and colours, highly recommended.

There was a small snafu at the beginning of the ordering process, but it was remedied immediately and the sales team was very patients as I determined which patterns I wanted to order. The flooring was delivered to the US according to the schedule they had told us and we just laid the first one - looks beautiful! Can't comment yet on wear over time as it's only been down for a month, but so far it's in great shape

I love these vibrant vinyl floorcoverings. So perfect for our Gloucester MA USA beach house. I will be ordering more once we get all of our rooms set up (and sending pics)
