ATS Euromaster - Bishop Stortford Reviews 

I pre booked and paid for an MOT on the ATS website.

I've turned up for my appointment only to find the ATS centre shuttered.

It turns out that ATS have shut down my local centre alongside a number of others and did not send me any communication to let me know the appointment would no longer be going ahead.

I imagine I am not the only disappointed customer, now with the added headache of having to rearrange an MOT with no notice.

Ordered 2 tyres from ATS Euromaster and mobile fitting. Appointment booked for 03/03/25. On the morning of the 03/03/25, I had heard nothing from ATS Euromaster RE the appointment. I checked my emails, nothing apart from the confirmation email with the appointment time and date. I went online to get the customer service number. I called it. No answer, it went to an EE voicemail. I tried the number again, EE voicemail again. I went back online, tried to use the live chat feature. I typed in my query, the response came back, ‘All of or agents are offline, please contact customer services’ and there was an email link. I sent an email, no response so far. I went back online again and found a different phone number, this time I got though. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude. She told me that they left a voicemail on my phone and I was being refunded. I asked her, ‘why they didn’t send an email?’ She said, ‘that’s not something that we do’. I asked, ‘Why not? She hung up on me! I checked my voicemail, and sure enough there was a message from ATS Euromaster saying they didn’t have the tyres I ordered, so they’re cancelling the order and refunding the money. What is odd is that there is no missed call from ATS Euromaster. So how did they manage that?? I’m ok with the fact you don’t have the tyres I ordered, that’s fine, I understand that stock can run out, but there was no alternative given, there was no further attempt to contact me to see if they could supply an alternative tyre. Just a magically appearing voicemail and a refund, which has not made it into my account yet.

The car needs tyres, I can’t drive it currently, I booked a mobile appointment for that reason, and now I have to arrange with another company.

I will not be using ATS Euromaster again.

The people who work in ATS Bishops Stortford are always professional and a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is exemplerary and why I keep returning with my tyre needs etc.. I am never disappointed and never tempted to take my trade elsewhere.

Always take my car here for anything it needs and have always had a really good and helpful service.
