I arrived 45min early was informed they will try get work on my car earlier if possible ( which they did)
I was told how long it will take they did not rush with the work
I would recommend this place 👍

Not good
You was supposed to refill my air conditioning but after 2 uses it’s blowing only warm air. Waste of my time and money

Ive used ats in bow and few times the staff are so polite and friendly. I find also they r honest which usually as a woman some places think we r stupid and try and take advantage. Ats will explain everything they r doing and why. The manager ricky is really professional and spends time explaining it clearly. Well done all at bow.

My job was done in a very timely manner, the staff were very professional and friendly.

Nicely met and greeted, everything explained as to what was going to happen. Invited to use waiting room. Recharge carried out with quiet efficiency. Car returned to me in the same state as when I arrived

Brought my car to have the AC regased. It was a very pleasant experience, waited on site whilst the job was being done. They even topped up the air in my tyres. I am pleased with the results. I would definitely be returning for further car servicing.

I went for an aircon recharge. Guys are very polite and giving some positive suggestions. They are under staff, so took longer than usual to recharge. Because of the crazy work load, they forget to do something which I need to remind them at the end. I recommend them. I will definitely use their services in future.

Euromaster in bow road is one of the worst companies ever. Few weeks ago I went to change the front wheels of the car. After a few hours, I realized, while checking the tire pressure, that one tire had a pressure of 31 PSI and the other one had 38 PSI. But let’s forget about this. I hardly used the car in the past weeks but today I decided to go and inflate the tires because I have to do a long trip . When I stopped to inflate the tires, I realized that the valve, where the cap is to inflate, was completely covered by the rim’s lip. So, I couldn’t inflate the tire. I went to their shop this morning, but the shop was closed. However, there was the mobile tire fitting service with the van there, and he told me that the shop was closed and that I had to come back on Monday. I asked him if he could help me, since he had all the equipment to do it, but he said no, no, and that I had to come back on Monday. So I went to another tire dealer and they removed the wheel so they could position the rim properly, allowing me to inflate the tire. They even told me how has done this horrible work?No one professional could have done such a tremendous work. They had just change 2 tires and they haven’t done one thing right….avoid them, super unprofessional company!

Well, I got there on time for my 08:30 appointment. Honestly didn't know what to expect because I wasn't sure if my system could hold pressure. I was thoroughly explained that if the pressure can't be retained, the advice was I'll have to take it to an a/c specialist. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised; no issues and I left with additional advice on how to maintain an efficient system even in the winter season. So I left the Bow branch in my now artic-cold car quite pleased... a happy customer! Summer... bring it on!!!
