My tyre burst & I manage to make it to the car park of ATS Euromasters in Hanworth, They were closed and I could not get through to the AA nor could I change the tyre myself a young gentlemen came in to the carpark to check on the office, I apologised that I was there and explained my situation, he vey very kindly changed to my spare. I am extremely grateful and could not believe it. I have had my tyre aligned at this establishment and I would highly recommend them whole heartedly . Thank you so very much from Jennifer. Without informing me about it,then they said after 1000 miles I was no longer entitled to warranty!!
I bought Goodyear tires,and unfortunately these tires cause the steering wheel vibrates.

Be Warned!
My wife recently tried to book an on-line MOT test with ATS. On first attempt at booking it informed her that it was unsuccessful and to try again. She did this and still unable to book. She gave up and booked elsewhere.
We later discovered that despite being unable to book with ATS, they had charged my wife’s account two booking fees (£62).
We have has no end of communication with ATS (phone calls, e-mails) only to be advised that they ‘cannot find proof of these payments’ , despite sending bank statements etc, and cannot refund us.
We have now had to call upon the bank to assist and re-claim our money with ATS.
If you are thinking of booking on-line with ATS, be very careful. We’re still out of pocket nearly 10 weeks after this money was taken

Quoted for work that wasn't required.
Had an MOT and service by ATS. Received a call to say approximately £800 worth of work was required to pass the MOT, including brake pads, new discs and shock absorber. Shocked at the price I got a second opinion from another garage, only to find the car passed without a single advisory. There was nothing wrong with the pads, discs or shock.
What more can I say?!
