Ricky and Yasin from the Bow branch were fantastic. Repaired a puncture for me in no time and ordered me two new tyres for the following day and fitted them at a time convenient for me. Honestly a first class service and no wonder ATS have such a good reputation with staff like this!

I had an instant puncture and arrived…
I had an instant puncture and arrived without an appointment. Although the location was super busy, Ricky explained the situation and was incredibly helpful. I left my car there and got a call an hour later explaining clearly what was needed.
I picked the car up later and very happy that my problem was resolved.
Ricky gave great customer service in a professional and friendly nature.

I had a problem wheel that needed replacing ASAP because I was moving house on that day .
Despite being fully booked and really busy they went out of their way to help me.
Not only were they able to change the wheel, but also at a extremely good price…
Polite and helpful.
