ATS Euromaster - Croydon Retail Reviews 

Booked an "all day" appointment with ATS via black circle tyres to have two tyres fitted which obviously I had paid upfront for. About midday I get an anonymous phone call while I was out the room, so I had no way to call them back. At 16.30 I rang ATS and was told the fitter had called at my address and got no reply. This is a bare faced lie, two people were in all day long, plus my car was on the drive with a flat tyre. I also told them they could look at my ring doorbell footage if they wanted to but the clown at the tyre center said they definitely came. Absolute bull. When I asked them to send another fitter they said no and that I couldn't rebook with them and that I would have to go back to
black circles. So I have now arranged for someone else to fit my tyres and I have made a formal complaint to ATS. Avoid these people at all costs as their customer service is non existent and their fitters obviously lie.
I've just received an email from ATS saying they definitely turned up. What utter tosh. Ring door bell don't lie, ATS does. AVOID

Overall, I had a very good experience when visiting the ATS branch in Thornton Heath / Croydon. Initially, I visited this branch for ATS to perform a re-gas of the air conditioning, but ATS also performed a general inspection of my vehicle and highlighted that several screws (about 8) were missing from the under tray of the car which was causing a severe rattling sound underneath the car, as well as being a potential hazard if the tray was to fall off. Missing screws purchased from the vehicle manufacturer and appointment to be arranged to have them fitted.

Got done what I came for, recently acquired vehicle and needed the AC checked as wasn't working. System pressure check confirmed it would hold a charge, so got the regas done.
Nice touch was the free car health check whilst waiting. Would recommend booking well in advance as it's a busy centre. Very knowledgeable staff, and friendly.

Arrived a little early for my MOT, before the centre was even fully open. Errol, offered to take my keys and book it in if I was in a rush. MOT sorted, quickly and easily. What an absolute diamond!!!

The staff here are excellent. I arrived 2 hours earlier than my appointment time as I was in the area. I asked if they could possibly give me an earlier slot. Within 15 mins they were working on my car, even though they were very busy. I cannot praise these guys enough.
