I went for a walk while the job was being done when l returned the job was finished l was very impressed with the service

Friendly and helpful staff. Job didn't take long. Even went over and beyond and gave me tips on how to look after my plants after I complimented them on the flourishing ones in reception. I should see progress in mine soon.

I'm giving a 3 star review because although once carried out, the work was satisfactory my general experience was not. I booked my car in only to be contacted on the day to say there were no staff! My new tyre was sitting there waiting but due to one being on holiday and the other being off sick there was only one person to work (who cannot work on their own) so the site was closed. I appreciate that we all need holiday and that sickness cannot be helped but I would've thought that 2 staff members being missing would not mean the whole operation grinds to a halt?! Surely a national brand such as this has more resources at their disposal. The following day I ranng again to speak to the same staff member who explained he was still unable to open as health and safety necessitates that he cannot work alone so he wax effectively at work with the shutters down for 2 days. Eventually the garage reopened on the third day and i was able to rebook my car in. Very disappointing from a household name whom I have used multiple times.

Disappointingly awful service at your Dunstable branch today. My local branch in Wales was fully booked for two weeks so I booked into Dunstable while visiting relatives. Booked and paid for tyres on Monday, ready for a Thursday appointment. They called an hour before the appointment to tell me they didn’t have the tyres but could order them in for an appointment later in the day. Apparently they couldn’t order them in advance because the guy was busy and trying to catch up. Asked him to supply wiper blades at the same time.
When I arrived for the appointment I was told the tyres hadn’t arrived - I could wait an hour or two to see if they turn up in time before they shut, otherwise they couldn’t do anything until next week (after I’ve gone home) because they were fully booked……oh and they forgot to order the wiper blades. It was all rather rushed and unhelpful because by now the guy had other customers to deal with.
As if this wasn’t bad enough, when I asked for my money back so I could go elsewhere the guy said he would process it by the end of the day but I won’t see the money back in my bank account for 3-4 working days. Apparently the system won’t let them issue instant refunds!?!
I am now left with the problem of trying to get new tyres before my M.O.T. but I can’t re-book anywhere yet because I don’t have the funds until my refund happens - and from the service today, I have zero confidence that the guy will have remembered to do it before leaving work. I will never use ATS again, that’s for sure!

Update: My refund was not put through until the following day, after my complaint. I thank ATS for their reply stating their disappointment, though a simple apology would have gone a long way, particularly as there was no apology by the staff at the time.

Fast and friendly staff. Managed to fit me in 1st thing in the morning without an appointment. Great service 👏

Booked my car in within minutes to get my aircon fixed in 30 degree weather! Was done within the hour! Very impressed would use again !

The lack of protection given to my car seating fittter sat on my cream leather seats with no covering protection put in place I did notice that they never provided protection to other vehicles that they working on
When I pointed it out the the branch manager he said his overalls were clean I pointed out that overalls were there to protect the employee from oil and dirt whist in the process of doing his job ,as my appointment was 11am I take it he was standing there in clean overalls till we arrived this is not a satisfactory reply he said that he wouldn’t do it again which is easy to say lucky there was no marks but it’s not the point this should be automatic that seats are protected from dirt

Very helpful staff been twice in a week and both times the staff helped me out as quickly as possible.
