I felt totally at ease as an older single woman, and was well looked after. I appreciated that the tyre I had gone about apparently still had lots of wear in it so the decision was made to mend it rather than replace it, a considerable difference in cost!

I went to replace both front tyres (ordered over a week)

They said they did try to call me to let me know the tyres didn’t arrive yet but the moment I said I didn’t have any unanswered call from them Mr Jeremy Wild ( master tech) just snap and start screaming and shouting at me to not call him a liar and to get out!!!get out!!!
I never been treated before as a costumer in the worst xit hole like I was today at this ATS in Elgin

Turns out my nr was wrong sure, but there’s other polite ways of finding and sorting out problems,

This is not how a costumer is to be talk to

Then like all this isn’t bad enough, they couldn’t give my money back, I’m treated this way and they keep my money saying I have to contact the central for that!
If the job was not done how is so hard for your system realise I need my money back ?
Took over 3 weeks with emails and calls and a lot of stress to finally get it back…
Weird isn’t? Most places refund you right away, especially if the job was not done right?
I was kicked out the door without any explanation about my money, honestly I felt a bit scared as that gentleman looked almost like he was to punch me and I did felt he was supported by his colleagues..

All I said was I didn’t got any call that it and he starts shouting to not calling a liar and the all situation just escalated without me saying a single word anymore! I really didn’t have a call because I mistyping I did when registering on website but there’s no need to treat people like this, maybe you could ask politely to double check my contact?

Superb service. I was travelling from Aberdeen to Nairn with my toddler in car when I felt something wasn't right in the car. I pulled into the garage and asked if they could look over my car for me. The guys were absolutely wonderful, looked at my car pretty much straight away, it turned out that it required alot of work and they already had a full diary of work scheduled in but still managed to squeeze me in. I believe Alex even worked extra hours at the weekend to ensure my car was safe to drive and pick up on the Monday. They went above and beyond and I can't compliment them enough.

To say that I am satisfied simply does not do the Elgin Branch justice. The employees Alex, Terry, and Jess displayed good old-fashioned customer service, they were friendly, attentive, and in terms of the work they carried out super efficient, their advice was honest, accurate and indeed most trustworthy. They were conscientious which really is hard to find in this day and age. They are all a credit to the ATS organisation.

In respect of product, service and above all else price charged I have to say I doubt that anyone would find it hard to beat. I got four new tyres and an MOT, with an adjustment to my headlights and a Battery fixing for just £360. With the cost of living as it currently is, the cost of motoring is an often-forgotten element, So to conclude Thank you ATS Elgin.

Excellent service from arrival to picking car up once tyres fitted. Was giving a time when car would be ready and car was ready on time. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Definitely use again

Very happy with the service level at ATS Elgin. A bunch of very nice guys who replaced all 4 tyres within the hour. Gave me some great impartial advice. I'd definitely go back as I felt that they would advise me without prejudice.

I’m not happy with ATS EUROMASTER Elgin branch as they have put the wrong oil in my car which has now lead to my car being in and out of the garage for over 4 months. The Branch have been the absolute opposite of helpful. They told me ‘oil is oil’ when I questioned the oil being put in my car as the cap states 0w30 and the lad showed me 5w30. I have spoken to another branch and they were shocked and horrified with the experience I have had with Elgin.

The polite helpful and very respectful reception chap level of service was second to non.
I was disappointed by the car failing its MOT, however they offered great advice and very sympathetic- would use again

Ordered 4 new Michelin tyres on their online system for fitting at a local outlet whilst I selected a decent 2 weeks delay to allow the tyres to arrive. Paid using Klarna to spread the expensive outlay. I was called the day before fitting that the tyres hadn't arrived and were not in stock for another month. Why was I allowed to place the order in the first place and how long did they know the tyres weren't available. Then tried to cancel the order but received no notification so called customer service, to be told I had to speak with the fitting centre, so did that and was informed it would take up to a week to cancel and that I should contact Klarna to cancel the payment. I informed them I could not cancel Klarna, ATS had to do that. I now have waited 2 weeks to get new tyres fitted to be told they were never there in stock in the first place, it will take a week to receive a cancellation notice and then 2 more weeks for Klarna to refund my first payment I already made. Avoid this company at all costs. The only thing I could do was report a problem to Klarna that the goods were not received and they halted further payments. Shocking and disjointed business model where their website advertises stock that isn't linked to warehousing and a protracted cancellation process when they cant supply the product through no fault of your own. Its basically misrepresentation and theft.
