I was dropped off by a recovery vehicle due to a puncture. The staff were very quick to help, and fit me in. And I had the friendliest mechanic i have ever come across.

Very helpful and friendly staff, I had a damaged tyre which fortunately was covered by the master service warranty that I had purchased .
The only downside was that I had to wait 4 working days for the first available appointment.

Toni: The Tire Superstar at ATS EUROMASTER
Yesterday, I swung by ATS EUROMASTER because I had a flat tire on one of my front wheels. It was around 1:30 PM, and I was worried they might turn me away, saying it was too late without an appointment. I really needed my car since I commute from Exeter to work early and return late. But when I walked in, I met Toni, a super friendly lady at the reception. She said she'd sort it out for me. Toni worked like a pro, quick and precise, making the whole thing a breeze. She even helped me find the cheapest option for a new tire. Turns out, she did all this during her lunch break! I was blown away by her dedication and wanted to give her a shout-out. Huge thanks to Toni and the garage for having such a gem on their team!

An appointment was made to check wheel alignment.
I really appreciated the explanation of the wheel assessment.
The staff were efficient and friendly which is a big tick in the box for me. I have found motor establishments to be quite intimidating in the past.
I would recommend them.
