Parked car next to unit. Manager introduced himself took my keys and I felt everything was ready for my service and MO T. Overall a good experience. I was surprised no coffee machine or magazines to read whilst having to wait for MOT and service. The young man with glasses has a good customer service approach to people.

Promise me he fit new tyre Tuesday after bank holiday and most pleased me he put my car in the depot over the bank holiday weekend which I had a flat tyre due to a nail good service

Efficient service
Had a new exhaust (middle/back box) fitted to my car as exhaust was blowing. Problem was quickly diagnosed, parts obtained and fitted all in 4 hours.
Very efficient and polite service.
