Pathetic
Noticed 1 tyre had lost quite a lot of pressure, pumped it up and left overnight, seemed fine following morning but decided to get it checked as could be puncture or valve. Tyre only 2 weeks old. Decided to call to my local ATS , as you can only book tyre changes online and pay upfront. Arrived at approx 11.20am, garage completely empty also car park empty. Explained situation explained needed a repair. Was astounded when gentleman on desk told me he couldn't fit me in for another 2 days !!!! Garage and Car park empty. Just to add, I was there 2 weeks ago with my previous car , having a new tyre, but booked online. While waiting , at least 2 customers came in looking for repairs but were turned away , saying that they were too busy , yet I was there for at least 90 mins , and mine was the only vehicle in the garage. How does this branch make money. !!!

Really friendly helpful
Really friendly helpful, staff. Squeezed me in even though I booked the wrong date online as my MOT was over due. All sorted the same day and fixed my light at no extra cost. Highly recommend, will definitely come here next time.

Booked my MOT over the phone,arrived…
Booked my MOT over the phone,arrived all good,came back early, waited until ready,the guy on the desk very short and sharp with 2 customers while I was waiting,MOT tester came in said my car had passed and explained the advisory....nice bloke but then I got questioned by the guy on the desk saying I've had a lot of work done on the car and where did I go for the tyres I've recently had fitted,then said do you only come to ATS for Mot's.....
What a star you've got working for you,I have work done in my local garage who don't do Mot's so decided to use ATS,but not any more,I've spoken to work colleagues who also said they won't go there because of this individual.ATS are a big company so won't miss a few Mot's from me but hopefully someone from head office should have a word to explain someone who pays for a MOT can just have an MOT without being questioned!!

Brilliant service
Had a blow out near my local ATS , went to the garage early sat morning the gentleman at reception advised he was fully booked he could see how stressed I was and told me to bring the car and they will sort it and cheap tyre also , will certainly be going back they have a new customer now and I will recommend to friends and family.
