Ordered 2 new tyres when they were done…
Ordered 2 new tyres when they were done they told me my brakes and discs needed changing. (I had an idea they were ready for a change). They booked me in next day and changed discs, pads and brake fluid . Very efficent,friendly i'm very pleased !!!

Just great customer service
I originally used ATS Euromaster Grantham because of their good reviews - I was not disappointed. Unfortunately there has been an issue with the Battery they supplied and fitted, in truth their error. The issue only came to light after an Auto electrian had gone through the cars electric issue and found the battery fitted to be wrong. One phone call to Grantham depot sorted the issue - they checked what should have been fitted and agreed what had been fitted was wrong. They asked me to bring car back and they would rectify without additional charge.
So - first class service and they sorted their error swiftly & positively. 5 stars.

Short notice saviour
I'm a care giver and my car is vital to provide support to vulnerable people in their homes. I picked up a nail in my tyre and the team managed to get me safely roadworthy again in 4 hours. Luckily I could walk to one of my clients whilst the repair was being carried out.
