Outstanding Service !!!
I was absolutely amazed by the service I received at ATS Euromaster in Grantham.
I had a flat tire and was stuck outside one of the shops. I called ATS desperately looking for help. They don't do callouts but despite this one person (I regret never asking for his name) came in his private car took my wheel to the garage, replaced the flat tire and returned 15 minutes later, fitted my wheel so I could go to the garage and pay the bill. They then assessed my car, replaced all the tires and checked the brakes so within an hour my car was fixed. I have never paid more than for the tires replaced.
Absolutely stunning approach, friendly and very nice service from this person with professional advice definitely made my day and left an unforgettable good impression!!! Thank you!!

Great experience, manager extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Customer service was excellent - tied in my mot with new tyres which made the 2 jobs so less stressful.
