My tyre burst & I manage to make it to the car park of ATS Euromasters in Hanworth, They were closed and I could not get through to the AA nor could I change the tyre myself a young gentlemen came in to the carpark to check on the office, I apologised that I was there and explained my situation, he vey very kindly changed to my spare. I am extremely grateful and could not believe it. I have had my tyre aligned at this establishment and I would highly recommend them whole heartedly . Thank you so very much from Jennifer. this company is always polite and helpful work is done promptly

Been using them for a few years to change summer/winter tyres. Always courteous but always short of staff and this time I had to give a poor review as someone cancelled our appointment made 2 months ago, nothing on the system to say who at ATS had cancelled it, and very inconvenient. Had no option but find somewhere else last minute. Would give a higher score but just don’t trust them any more - not the first time we’ve had delays and cancellations and enough is enough. Local staff good but they need to recruit and hang onto staff better or more customers will vote with their feet and look elsewhere.

Second time using ATS Hanworth. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now as the guys are lovely and so helpful!! Thank you!!

Excellent service , knowledgeable guys , delivery of the parts was delayed but through no fault of ats . Really happy and good price too far better than other garages in the area , I phoned round several , and ats were the cheapest for the same work , saved £130 !

Mustafa on reception and Martin the technician sorted out a puncture quickly and cost effectively. No upselling, no fuss. Very happy

Hanworth Branch Visit

An absolutely first class service from ATS. I turned up, without an appointment, with a punctured tyre. Mustafa, despite being short staffed, repaired my tyre and called me within a couple of hours to have it fitted.
From start to finish I received a great service. Top marks to Mustafa and the technician (whose name I did not get) for all their help.
Would recommend this company to everyone.

Politely greeted. Confirmed my needs. Swift and prompt service. Technician was polite and courteous. The digital health check was an added bonus.

From the point of booking to the tyres been replaced the communications were excellent. On the day in and out within a hour with all 4 tyres replaced at an excellent price.

Service prompt, attentive and comprehensive

I have used ATS in Hanworth for years and was happy with the service, but not anymore. I have tyres in storage at their Hanworth branch, but that's suffering from staffing issues, I am told, and is practically closed, which means I don't have access to my tyres anymore. Instead of keeping my tyres for me, they're now keeping it from me. I have been on the call about 10x now over a period of more than a month, and the issue never gets resolved. Sending an email to the branch manager doesn't lead to any follow ups, and the help desk can't/won't help, and advised me to send a complaint in, which I did, but no reply to that either. Really poor service...
