Mark helped to explain what the tool sign was lit up on my car. I didn't know it meant it needed a service and he didn't mind having a look at the dashboard for me. This was a couple of weeks ago. I returned and had the service done. All good.

Have bought tyres from ATS Euromaster many times over the years and have had brilliant service. Price and tyre range is also very good.
I had my tyres changed at ATS a few weeks ago, firstly, the staff member stated I should have been advised to have all 4 tyres changed. I was getting two changed as they were an advisory on MOT. I said I couldn't afford to have all 4 changed at that current time(you will start to see there is an ongoing theme here to try get more money out of you - when its not necessary) ! ATS also did a brake check on my vehicle (which I didn't ask for, but no problem!) where they stated I needed new brake pads and discs all around, as the pads were down to minimum on the fronts. Fair enough, thought I'd get saving.
However, I've just had a brake check done at another garage just to confirm, No new pads or discs needed at all! Infact, my front discs are at 100%! Now, why would a company try to do that? To take advantage of a female customer and make more money! Imagine if i'd have listened to them, thy'd have made another £900 on brakes and tyres which aren't needed!

I am genuinely shocked at the level of laziness and complete lack of customer service I experienced at ATS Hinckley.
I visited simply to ask if someone could check my tyres to see whether they needed replacing. I made it very clear that I did not have time for replacement on the day and only wanted a quick check so I could book an appointment later that week if needed. This should have been a straightforward, customer-focused interaction.
Instead, the guy at reception would not even get out of his chair to take a look. I was told I had to be booked in just for someone to visually check the tyres. To make matters worse, he then said he was “in a meeting for a few hours” and suggested I come back in 3–4 hours just to get my tyres checked.
Let that sink in: they expected me to return hours later, just for a basic tyre check — something that takes minutes and is often offered as a courtesy by most garages.
I walked straight out in disbelief.
How disappointed was I? Very disappointed.
What a joke.
This experience reflects terribly on ATS as a business. If this is the standard of frontline customer service being delivered, then upper management seriously need to ask themselves what is going wrong at branch level. Customers are not an inconvenience — but ATS Hinckley certainly made me feel like one.
I will not be returning, and I would strongly advise management to address the attitude and lack of basic customer care at this site before more customers do the same.
Extremely friendly, professional, and efficient service.

I have used ATS over a number of years and have found all the staff helpful, courteous and hard-working. My vehicle is in good hands and I trust the staff always!
The help of the staff at ATS Hinckley to be able to provide a next day time slot and then the supply and installation of a replacement tyre as part of the warranty for a 65% allowance on a new tyre.
Conner came out yesterday to swap 4 tyres, 20” K03, big heavy tyres. he was absolutely knackered having been out all day and needed his bed, really nice lad, friendly and polite, chatty and deserves a day off, by the time he was done he was about had it, it was 6pm mind. I know I gave a bit of stick to the people on the phone at head office as my tyres should have been fitted the day before and nobody bothered to call me but this isn’t the fault of the fitter as when they get directed to an emergency job the job detail gets removed from them and have no way yo let the customer know. Head office need to pull their finger out. Anyway, Conner did a great job and I’d say he probably works bloody hard every day from what I saw. Make sure he gets a bonus at Christmas! Thanks
The staff were very helpful and ordered a much needed trye and fixed it the following day. No messing about and team polite and considerate.
