This is my go-to place for tyres and MOT. Smooth transaction. Dropped car off and got a call an hour later to confirm ready for collection. Used my ATS over 60 card to get a good discount too - perfect.

Poor customer service
I booked my car in for wheel alignment before I went on holiday. The service was done quickly as I waited. I was told the report would be sent by email later that day. All I recieved was a free digital health check. I contacted ATS by email as I kept ringing the store but the phone was just ringing out. I got a response asking for the reg even though it was stated on the email. I asked several times for the report and still to date have not recieved it. I have no record of how the tracking was before and after the wheels were aligned. The website states a report is sent showing this but I have no such report. My emails have been ignored and I still cannot get through on the phone
