Manager heloful

The aircon machine wasn’t working correctly it couldn’t do any checks so I just got a regas
The day after they sent me a report of my appointment wasn’t even my car or my name and number

Best place I've been for a long time, honesty withe recommended items and a show and tell from manager, Joe I think his name was. Was very busy but took the time to help and teach, will definitely recommend

Third visit to get my new tyre to stay up. Firstly to buy the tyres, secondly because a valve was faulty and blew out. Thirdly when a leak on the rim was identified so inside of wheel rim needed clean and sealant. Disappointing to need three visits to get to this point, let’s hope all now OK. Staff were polite and helpful but perhaps the post inflation check should be more thorough.

All fine except person at reception rather abrupt and said paperwork would be in vehicle and it wasn't.
Version emailed was unreadable as it was a photo of a computer screen.

The staff member at the branch was extremely rude and seemed to have an attitude that my business wasn't really needed there. Will DEFINITELY be the last time I go anywhere near that shop and will also DEFINITELY not recommend it to any of my friends or family. 0 out of 5 from me.

Took my BMW X2 in for new brake pads front and rear, the problem I had was when I booked it two weeks prior I was quoted around £200, but on the day the price was £375 with a further £40 for sensors giving a total of £415, would have liked a proper quote on the day of booking instead of a guess, (have since found out this is a fair price) also would have liked a breakdown of costs instead of just a till receipt proving work done.
New problem has just emerged, the fitter told me that he had problems updating the cars computer to reset brake pads worn, was not too worried until I discovered that all the info on the computer has been advanced two years messing up the whole thing, went to a BMW mechanic and he was able to just sort out the brake pad issue and unable to sort the rest out until September 24 when it is due a service, suggest if you own a BMW go elsewhere.

very poor customer service, Davey was grumpy and surly. we did not receive VAT receipt and when called to ask got Davey again who was very rude, confrontational and would not provide receipt. refused to give Managers name so we could speak to him.
very poor service , wont be back and will certainly not recommend

Had to take the vehicle to another garage closer to home after new brakes fitted. ABS sensor light on and my mechanic was amazed at the lack of effort ATS made on the one wheel he had to fix. Some bolts required 6foot lever to loosen. Some finger tight. No grease or cleaning of rust. The ATS mechanic would have seen the faulty wheel bearing and fit it anyway. Just lack of care I guess. Frustrating for me and ended up costing me on top of the expensive ATS bill. And who knows what the other 3 wheels will give me hassle wise.

Purchased and had tyres fitted.
Additionally paid for alignment check and adjust - all four wheels. Check was done, adjust only on front with advice that ATS can't do the rear – which apparently needed attention – and I need to sort this out elsewhere. No refund given for the rear. Subsequently, and only three days later, I had the alignment checked by Vauxhall who found nothing wrong with rear but pointed out that I have wasted money on alignment check and adjust with ATS as the technician in the garage entered wrong vehicle details into the computer and hence the check and adjust performed after that was not applying to my vehicle and was invalid. I have discussed this with ATS immediately after, some lame excuses were offered. I requested a refund and was told that this will be transacted when the manager is back on Monday. No refund was ever given, no attempt by customer services whom I contacted to even acknowledge my request. Just took the money and then ignored. Be prepared that if something goes wrong on their side you will be left in limbo and out of pocket.

Everything quick and perfect, very happy

Quick, efficient service

My wife went in to get tyres balanced at ATS in Inverness. They found a nail in one, and said the other three were very worn, and then proceeded to balance them all! I mean, what was the point of that? Then the guy started to try and sell her tyres, having just wasted her money. How about phoning first? How dishonest.
UPDATE 30/11/2022
ATS Euromaster customer relations department have advised my wife that she will be refunded the wheel balancing cost, after they saw the review above. This may take a few days............I'll update when/if this happens.
