Ordered to be mobile fitted from office address x 2 new van tyres, order placed 31-10-2025, tyres mobile fitting booking made for 04-11-25, with van mot pre booked elsewhere for 07-11-25. Received email on 3rd November tyres dispatched, with fitting date to be 06-11, changed without telling us. Phone call from 01217287776 on 06-11 fitting day @ 09:35, fitter gone sick re arrange for 10th, we explained not possible, they would need to sort something elese, offered to go to local Launceston branch at our own inconvienece and cost to get tyres fitted as ATS mobile services had let us down, said would phone branch and check, called back @09:45 to say fine, but we would need to buy tyres again from branch, we said we would do this providing the refund was soerted for the original order which had not been full filed by ATS, WE was assured we would be refunded and to pay again. So we had a 2 pm slot, arrived, paid for the already brought by us, which ATS doesn't stock in store again, even though they only had them as we ordered them in, so now we are 617.00 in at ATS for only two tyres. The Launceston centre made us pay before fitting, as we had to pay again. Ok that all done we have tyres our orignal money will be returned, oh no NOT ATS, several hours spent later going to centre paying again, emailing, phoning etc, we are now 14 days after 06-11-2025, no refund, we will now pursue this with trading standards, as ATS have not fullfilled the terms of the sale, and have breached the consumer rights act, at our expense. This is a very bad showing, and we will not accept it. You have had our money since 31-10-2025, 20 days ago, but we have not had our order, and no refund.

I called in this morning, hoping for a tyre check and appointment for the next step. However, I was welcomed and fitted in there and then for two new tyres and wheel alignment, amazing service! I cannot recommend enough, although not suggesting everyone just drops in like that!

The team there were so welcoming and helpful, they went out of their way to sort me out as I was concerned about the safety of my tyres. They immediately rang their supplier to sort some new tyres the next day which was great. The supervisor also recommended that the wheels should be aligned which was a good recommendation considering the uneven wear. Great service, thank you.

Really excellent service, everything done that I needed and they worked so hard to fit it in with my timescales. Really pleased.

We called up at 12 midday and were given an appointment for 2pm the same day. Screw removed and tyre fixed in no time and the other tyres checked over too. Excellent service and very reasonable. Car interior was left clean too.

Helpful, quick, efficient. Tyres were in stock and was served immediately.

I had a tire fitted and tracking corrected by Friendly helpful staff who work fast and efficiently thank you guys il see you next time I need tire or tracking.
