The 2 gents at ATS Lowestoft extremely helpful and accommodating. Recommend them for their patience and service. HOWEVER THE ATS HEAD OFFICE REFUND SYSTEM IS ATROCIOUS AND USELESS IN MY OPINION AND IS A SYSTEM WHEREBY IN MY OPINION ATS, AS A GROUP EARNS INTEREST ON THE WITH HELD CUSTOMER'S REFUNDS. REFUNDS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DONE WITHIN 7/10 DAYS. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. ON THE 8TH DAY IM BEING TOLD THIS WILL BE ANOTHER 3/5 DAYS BEFORE REFUND IS AFFECTED. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES! ADMINISTRATION AT HEAD OFFICE IS CAUSING ATS TO GET A VERY BAD REPUTATION IN MY OPINION. I would not shop at ats again sadly due to poor REFUND system. THE GENTS AT ATS LOWESTOFT ARE GREAT.
