All staff very polite and efficient. As usually went out of their way to give me the best attention possible

I needed my rear brakes repaired and they did it the next day.

I have used ATS in Lymington many times as I have always received excellent professional service from friendly staff.

I went into the Lymington Branch on the 26th of July to have two tyres fitted to my motorhome they told me it would be about an hour so I walked to the local shop to killl some time when I returned they were about to fit the tyres to my vehicle but I noticed they were the wrong ones I told the fitter who just walked away without saying a word so I thought he had gone to sort it out. After standing there for a while I saw him walking across the workshop and he then asked me if I had sorted it to which I replied I thought he was as its his job. I then went into the office and informed them of what had happened for them to walk away without saying anything. When he returned he had a college with him who looked up the order to find they had ordered the tyres wrong then walked off again after a few more minutes the first member of staff came back and told me that someone was going to drive to another branch to pick up the right tyres and that it would take 2 hours before he would return then have to fit the tyres, I told him I was on my way to Wales for the week and needed to get going for him to tell me that they were doing me a favour and I pointed out that if they had ordered the correct tyres they would not have had to do that so not my favour at all. Myself and my wife then walked back up to the town to kill more time, After an hour I had a phone call from them telling me that the staff member had got there and they didnt have the tyres but had some more expensive ones and that I would have to pay the difference on which I declined and he told me they would refir my old tyres. I then walked back to the Branch where they were fitting my old tyres back onto the vehicle I asked why someone had not rung to make sure they had them before driving all that way and wasting my time to be told they had ( not sure thats true ) they finished the fitting of my wheels and old tyres and moved my vehicle out and then through the key on the counter and told me they would have to order the right ones and it would take a week or more. As I had now lost all confidence in their ability and was insulted by their attitude I asked for a refund and was told it would take 5 days its been 11 days and still nothing have rung them and got no where I would never use this company again what a shambles
