I initially only went to get a puncture repair, but upon their inspection I was shown the state of my tyres. I was actually shocked, and also thankful as I had no idea how bad they were.
The guys made me fully aware of my problems and gave me, what I believe, a fair price to replace them. They were both helpful and informative, which put my mind at ease, and the work was carried out swiftly.
A professional and courteous approach to customers was my experience.

Came in with a slow puncture, got seen straight away and the problem was identified as a nail through the tyre wall. They had a replacement ordered and delivered the next morning so that at midday I rolled up, got met from the car and the tyre was fitted in two shakes of a lambs tail. Could not ask for any better service.

Very good service of fitting new tyre…
Very good service of fitting new tyre to replace a punctured one, under the ATS Eurostar Tyre Care Warranty. I marked it down from 5 Star Excellence for two reasons: firstly, the new tyre was inflated 2.7bar, well above the recommended 2.2bar which the other front tyre had been set at (only discovered the following morning by my wife who opened the central information screen showing all tyre-pressures); secondly, also the next morning we found an oily handprint on the light-coloured fascia plastic.
