Excellent service mechanic went through everything at end. Work completed on time.

Extremely excellent service from George . I was extremely disappointed to find that george was working on his own , I’m more than sure this is NOT health and safety? If GEORGE had an accident eg .. heart attack a fall who would be there to help ? I’ve been ringing to check he’s okay all day I would have stayed with him but had to go to work . Very disappointed that staff members are working in these conditions? I would appreciate a reply to why this has happened? No safe guarding for staff at all .
Safe System of Work (SSoW): Develop strict procedures, such as not allowing high-risk activities (like using large hydraulic ramps, oxy-acetylene welding, or heavy transmission work) while alone. George used hydraulic ramps alone today to change my tires in my vehicle

Had a commercial vehicle stranded on South Tyneside.
Apparently they were to busy to attend 30/01/26.
Was told over the phone to get the vehicle recovered.

Fast MOT service

Despite not being able to book an exhaust Free Check online (as the Heaton Depot was not listed to do this service), manager Les, confirmed to me they do indeed check/repair Exhausts.

On my appointment Les lifted the car and showed me the problem - which I had already fathomed myself but I was able to see the rest of the system was also completely corroded and need of replacement. Les was able to order a full new exhaust system and get me booked in for the repair 48hrs after my the initial inspection.

On the day of the repair I dropped the car off an hour earlier than scheduled appt time as I had work commitments I had to dash off to. Les also confirmed I could leave the car overnight and collect/pay the next morning (a Saturday!)

I can't recall the name of the Mechanic who I paid and handed the car back over to on the Saturday but he was equally polite and professional.

Car now running perfectly. Well done to all at Heaton depot ATS Euromaster.

Tyre wasn’t fixed. Need to re-book and no immediate availability despite having paid for the new tyre and fitting.
Disappointing

The manager wouldn't except Groupon voucher yet I booked through the Groupon app and the branch was listed on the site. He tried very very hard for me to miss my appointment, had to go through head office and still got no joy as they said they'll ring me back. At the end I pleaded with him to do the mot and promised him I'll go another branch next time. My car ran out of mot and that mines my insurance became invalid. My car is no ordinary car it's a Roll-Royce Ghost costing over £275,000. Reg GH05TVJ.
