Review for Blackcircles and ATS Euromaster

I recently used Blackcircles to purchase a front tyre for my Porsche Taycan and scheduled a 4-wheel alignment through their service. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and concerning.
1. Cancellations and Delays:
My alignment appointment, originally scheduled the day after the tyre fitting, was canceled without notice by ATS Euromaster. Blackcircles rescheduled the appointment at another ATS Euromaster depot two days later. While this was the quickest resolution they could offer, it caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
2. Inability to Perform the Work:
Despite Blackcircles confirming that ATS Euromaster could carry out the alignment, I was informed during my second appointment that they could not perform the work on my car. This was the second wasted appointment, despite having already paid upfront for the service. It is unacceptable to advertise and confirm services that the provider cannot deliver.
3. Damage to My Vehicle:
When I attended the rescheduled appointment at ATS Euromaster Castle Boulevard, Nottingham, my car was returned with damage to the driver’s side window trim. It seems the staff attempted to use the trim to access the car, as the Taycan lacks traditional grab handles. This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable, especially for a high-value vehicle.
4. Dangerous Negligence:
On collecting my car, I discovered that all tyres had been dangerously overinflated to 42 bar, despite the recommended maximum pressure being 33 bar—an almost 25% overinflation. This could have led to catastrophic consequences had I not noticed. Such negligence shows a shocking lack of care and attention to safety.

Overall, this experience has been one of the worst I have had with any automotive service. Poor service coordination, the inability to perform agreed-upon work, damage to my car, and dangerous practices have left me with no confidence in Blackcircles or ATS Euromaster.

I cannot recommend Blackcircles or ATS Euromaster based on this experience. Customers expect professionalism, care, and the ability to deliver what has been promised—none of which I received.

Car failed MOT. They wouldnt even attempt to get parts to repair. I went elsewhere and car was repaired within 1.5 hrs. Pathetic

The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and the work was done quickly.

They did a fully professional job in the time they quoted and explained what the advisory on the form related to. They were courteous at all times and even drove the car up to the reception door after completion as they had noticed that I use a stick to help me walk and asked if I would be alright getting to the car.
