My car tyre was losing air even though I could not locate the source of a puncture. I called in my local ATS in Oxford on the off-chance they could help me. Another car tyre company was unable to help. The ATS staff were both friendly and brilliant. Apparently the wire in my wheel trim had broken and was penetrating the tyre wall. Replacement tyres were fitted at a very fair price.

Completed a free exhaust check and then were able to schedule my car in for the required work the following week. Friendly, helpful and prompt service.

Had my Vauxhall Zafira Tourer serviced today for front tyre replacement at ATS. I specifically ordered LEAO NFARCO tyres, but the centre fitted cheaper, lower-rated Triangle TH202 tyres without informing me. This was already a second order because the original tyres were “out of stock,” yet still shown as in stock on their website.

No explanation on drop-off or collection, customer support was unhelpful, and the centre isn’t answering calls. I’ve already driven 30 miles on tyres I did not agree to and don’t have time to return.

Completely unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable. Still awaiting a proper resolution and compensation for the inconvenience. Not impressed with ATS at all.

Friendly staff, appointment ontime so didn't have to wait long. Not pushing to sell you more tyres or more expensive tyres like some other garages.

Had a last minute notification that mum needed driving to hospital the next day, same time the rears shocks were due to be replaced. Called ATS who said they had a slot to do them the day before. Took the car down and about 3hrs later, car was ready. Mum's chariot awaits again.

I asked if they could check my tyres to see if any needed replacing. They gave me an appointment the same day to do just that. As the two front tyres needed replacing they then gave me an appointment the following day to replace those tyres. They replaced the tyres while I waited and gave me some advice about the pressure measuring sensors. All in all a very helpful and efficient team.

I had shredded tyre. I got it towed to ATS Cowley. They agreed to look after the car overnight, ordered a replacement tyre and by 10.30am the next day it was ready. I shall use them again. Very professional.

I recently had an MOT test, during which my vehicle was failed on the front track rod end ball joint. However, I was not shown where the fault was. I was informed that customers are not permitted in the workshop, which resulted in what I believe to be an unnecessary £120 charge.

I find this to be very unfair, as it leaves customers in a position where they could be charged for any issue without being given the opportunity to verify the fault on their own vehicle.

Problem with Tyre. They ordered it and gave me the option to come back later that day or the next day to get it changed.
