My experience today was very positive. The check in was efficient, helpful and competent. The work was done efficiently. The verbal feedback was v. helpful including information about the life left on brake pads, discs and the tyre wear.
The written report was v. useful re. tyres, brake pads and exhaust, suspension etc.
I will now order two tyres from Michelin Cross Climate tyres from ATS.

Staff were knowledgeable and polite. Would have been 5 stars if they had a coffee or tea facility. It was raining heavily and an old couple who had been told their car would take about an hour and a half asked if they had coffee and were told there was a Costa Coffee down the road a bit.

Excellent 5 stars, got some 4 tyres ordered on ATS website and an appointment set for 2 days after. Got phone call next day that tyres were in, jumped at the shop in the afternoon, i was the only customer for service, lucky me, all the guys jumped on it, 1h20min for 4 new tyres, placed on wheels, balanced, 4 wheels alignement, top notch fast service, the technical computer generated document give you a good insight on the deviations. Also purchased the nice tyres warranty for the extra cost, totally worth it. Cheers to the ATS crew in Perth !

Excellent service

They gave me a 1 to 1.5hr window ans true to word it was ready within that time.. guys behind desk in Perth couldn't be more helpful as there wasn't enough premium tyres I wanted however gave me 2x mid range alternative which are excellent.
