Awful Company - terrible service & rude staff
Had a really sh*tty experience with your Petersfield branch last year. So, nothing gave me more pleasure than seeing that the branch had closed down last week. I’m hoping it was because of the rubbish service that your company provided. I can only hope that more branches will follow suit

Friendly, helpful and professional

I went yesterday to the Petersfield branch of ATS and had such a positive experience. As a single lady I find taking my car to a garage quite a daunting experience but not here at all. I wish I got the name of the lovely man who I dealt with. He was so informative and helpful and made my whole experience very positive. Thank you. I can't recommend this garage enough.

The staff are always polite
The staff are always polite, friendly but not overly so.
I am always dealt with promptly and any queries I may
have are explained clearly. All works service, MOT, repairs and replacements have been well and confidently carried out to my satisfaction.
