I want to give specific recognition to Dave at ATS Euromaster Portsmouth for the outstanding service he provided today.
Despite having no other staff in the building, Dave made sure my tyres were fitted without fuss and kept the branch running completely on his own. He remained professional, approachable, and positive throughout what was clearly a challenging situation.
Dave is a real asset to ATS Euromaster and this level of dedication deserves recognition from management. People often say “every business needs a Dave” — in this case, without Dave, ATS Portsmouth simply wouldn’t have been open today.

Had my two front tires change
Had my two front tires change, battery change and wheel alignment done. One side was stuck they were happy to help and get the work done on the day as I had to go away on holiday after work was done.

ATS useless
Phoned as I have a flat on my lease vehicle, gave reg no. and was told no appointments for 6 days. SO had to call BMW road side assitance, they came out and plugged for now and said need a replacement. Called ATS back, again, gave the details and was told I have to go to Kwikfit!!! So that must of been the case to begin with!!???!!! and they could of saved the road side assitance coming out. Kwikfit have me in first thing tomorrow for a replacement - much better service than ATS who don't seem to know what they should be doing!
