Had a flat tyre but was at work
Had a flat tyre but was at work. Asked my better half to phone the Redditch branch to ask about a tyre.
The chap at the other end said that tyre was no longer made and told of the replacement Mechlin made. He treated her with respect and didn't make feel awkward for not knowing answers to his questions. After work I ordered a tyre online and had it fitted the next day.
Because of all this I will use and recommend Redditch branch from now on.
